The purpose of this system is to perform rinsing, prevent fabric staining, and increase washing efficiency. It detects fluctuations in the water level on the washing tank wall in response to changes in the water flow in the washing tank, and uses this to drive the motor. It is an attempt to control the

A water flow switching knob on the washing machine operation panel switches between strong water flow, weak water flow, etc., and the structure allows the user to uniquely set the water flow regardless of the condition of the fabric in the washing tank.

This is a comparison device that compares and determines the data set in advance in the data storage device 6.

Since the water level on the inner wall of the washing and dehydrating tank becomes high, the state of the water flow inside the washing machine can be indirectly detected based on this water level.

Therefore, if the dewatering hole in the wall of the washing/dehydrating tank 1 is small as shown in Figure 2a, the amount of water flowing from this hole to the outer tank is relatively small, and the water level B near the outer tank wall is based on the data. The water level becomes lower than the reference water level A stored in the storage device 6.

The water level will be higher than water level A.

The condition is judged by the comparator 7, and a signal is sent to the motor control device 8, which causes the motor 4 to move the stirring blade 3.

Any type of washing machine that can detect the water level on the inner wall surface of the tank is sufficient, and it does not have to be a type of washing machine that has a washing and dehydration tank as shown in the example, but a type of washing machine that generates a water flow by rotating an agitating blade to wash the water. A washing machine is fine.

The motor can be controlled through the motor control device and feedback control can be performed to control the state of the water flow, eliminating the need for the user to set the water flow based on empirical judgment as in the past. It can automatically wash with the optimal water flow depending on the situation.
