In the present invention, when a large amount of information is being sent or the transmission speed is slow due to unavoidable reasons, when a large amount of transmission time is required, it is sufficient to transmit an advanced time assuming that the time information has been transmitted. The problem can also be solved by manipulating the order of information transmission.
