It is intended to form Dennitt-like bends in the fibers, and has the strength to form a shape with a core yarn made of thermoplastic fiber yarn or non-thermoplastic fiber yarn covered with thermoplastic fiber yarn. Water-soluble P. V. The A fibers are polished to a density that bends the core yarn, and water-soluble P. V. The A fiber is dissolved and at the same time the core yarn is mixed with the water-soluble P. V. It is characterized by fixed refraction, similar to the state in which A fibers are curled.

It consists of a first step in which the A fibers are reeled from any left or right direction, and a second step in which the reeled threads are set. This first step is carried out using a hollow spindle, which has the advantage of extremely high efficiency production. However, the second step is also carried out in the same manner as the conventional setting or dyeing process, and Dennit style bent yarn can be obtained without any special process.
