Detailed Description of the Invention Generally, a photoelectric smoke detector has a light source and a light-receiving element facing each other, and a light shield is interposed between the two so that the light from the light source is not directly projected onto the light-receiving element. When there is no smoke, the light from the light source is reflected near the light source, the phosphor, and the light-receiving element and constantly enters the light-receiving element. In addition, the scattered light from smoke particles when smoke is present is added to the noise light that is constantly incident on the light-receiving element. This causes the light receiving element to respond.

By the way, if the relative positional relationship between the light source, the light receiving element, and the light body becomes out of order, or if dust or the like accumulates near them due to long-term use, the reflection of the light source changes, and the noise light There is also a risk that the sensor may malfunction due to fluctuations in scattered light.

Therefore, especially when the sensor body is made of synthetic resin, it is difficult to achieve dimensional accuracy of the molded product, and the light source, light receiving element,
When removing the light beams and the like for maintenance and inspection, the work is time-consuming since each item must be removed, and there is a risk that the characteristics may change due to the positional relationship between each item.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, namely, a light source, a light receiving element, and a luminous body are mounted on a substrate that is better thermally and over time than a sensor body made of synthetic resin, The photoelectric smoke detector is characterized in that a substrate is removably attached to the sensor body, whereby the relative positional relationship of the light source, the light receiving element, and the light body can be set. It is designed so that the mutual positional relationship between them will not be disturbed, and it is possible to easily remove dust that has adhered to the lens over many years of use, or to easily replace the optical system part.

As described above, the present invention mounts the light source 24, the light-receiving element 25, and the light bodies 27 and 28 on the substrate 26, which is superior in terms of heat and aging than the sensor body 1, and also allows the substrate 26 to be removed from the body 1. Since it was installed so that the light source 24, light receiving element 25,
The positional relationship of the light bodies 27 and 28 can be set relatively, so that the positional relationship of the three members 24, 25, 27, and 28 does not go out of order, and if necessary during regular checks, only the optical system part Z can be set. This has the effect of making it easy to replace.
