泡充満するとき、ガスを発生しつつ上方に膨脹していき
、上方にいくにしたがい発泡ポリウレタン原料の上昇力
がおとろえ、しかも胛被として使用している合成皮革は
通気性が殆んどないため、発生したガスが上方部即ち周
縁テープ上端部分にたまり、靴底モールド空窩部内を隈
なく発泡したポリウレタンで満すことができず、いわゆ
る「ガスたまり」を生じ周縁テープ上端に欠損部を生じ
