Conventionally, naturally occurring rocks and stones (hereinafter referred to as stones) have been used as the above-mentioned rocks and stones, but even if they are small, they are extremely valuable for enhancing beauty or for ornamental purposes. I can't.

Therefore, artificial stones made of synthetic resin have been developed, but since the surface layer of conventional stones was made of a single material, it was difficult to achieve the texture of a rock surface, etc., and it was difficult to manufacture. Not only was it time-consuming, but because the material was hard, it was difficult to express the irregular and minute nicks and cuts that are unique to rock surfaces.

Furthermore, it is not possible to show the appearance of moss growing on the surface, and it is also not possible to create a sense of weight and increase the sense of value as a whole.

The base 2 is made of synthetic resin, a board material such as wood, or the bottom of the pot is used as is, and the core material 3 is made of foamed or non-foamed synthetic resin, wood, cheap rock, etc. as appropriate. A block of suitable material can be used, and it is preferable to use one with a shape as close as possible to the shape of the stone to be created.

The water-based adhesive is mixed to integrally cure each component of the coating layer and to give it gloss. For example, a water-based adhesive such as a vinyl acetate resin emulsion can be used, and it can be applied to the entire coating layer. Mix 10 to 25 parts by weight.

This viscous liquid is applied to the surface of the core material 3 in a desired thickness using a spatula, trowel, or other tool to form a coating layer, and the surface is shaped into a desired shape.

In this case, the coating layer does not dry and harden immediately, but takes several hours or tens of hours, so before drying and hardening, minute incisions or cuts are formed with a thin rod or the like, or irregularities are formed.

If the surface is to be given a more glossy finish, a mixed solution or a single solution of paint, lacquer, or thinner may be applied to the entire surface or a portion of the surface of the cured coating layer.

Therefore, when a viscous liquid containing an auxiliary material is applied to the surface of the core material, if it is rock powder, it will appear on the surface and it will be closest to natural products, and if it is powder of sphagnum moss or grass, moss etc. will appear on the surface. If the existing stone is made of fine fragments of synthetic resin, minute angular irregularities can be created on the surface, giving it a particularly rock-like feel.

These auxiliary materials are mixed as appropriate depending on the purpose of use of the stone to be created, and there is no need to mix them when creating a stone with a relatively smooth surface.

In addition, if you want to create a stone that has one part of the surface that is smooth and can bring about changes in other parts, apply a coating layer that does not mix any secondary materials to part of the surface of the core material, and then apply the secondary material to the remaining surface. A coating layer containing a mixture of the following may be applied.

In other words, unless the coating layer is cured, it will have adhesive properties on the surface.
By sprinkling the above-mentioned fine powder, it adheres firmly and will not peel off even if the coating layer dries.

Therefore, for example, if a dark green or brown fiber is used as a fine fiber powder, it will become an artificial stone with moss on the surface.
It can also be used as a material to roughen the surface so that soil and other substances can adhere to it.

As is clear from the above, according to the present invention, the surface of the core material is covered with a coating layer containing a base material, an adhesive powder, a water-based adhesive, a coloring agent, and a water-based water in a certain proportion, so that the surface finish is improved. It is also easy to form irregular, minute indentations and incisions that are typical of rock surfaces, and after the coating layer dries and hardens, it can be made into an artificial stone that is almost the same as natural stone.

In addition, since the coating layer is formed by appropriately selecting and using various components, even if it dries and hardens, it will not crack or change color, and there is no risk of spoiling the appearance.

Therefore, it can be used as an artificial stone for arranging fresh flowers or artificial flowers, or as an ornamental stone, just like a natural stone, and it significantly increases the decorative value and commercial value of arranging flowers.

The artificial stone created on the base is placed in a pot, grass, trees, etc. are planted on the base, and the surface is filled with soil. Alternatively, artificial stones may be formed directly on the bottom of the pot to provide soil, artificial flowers, etc.

Furthermore, if the stone to be made is small, the various mixed ingredients may be made into a lump and the surface may be finished without using a core material.
