As shown in Fig. 1, a typical example of a conventionally used connecting bus bar between devices is a main conductor 1 that connects devices, wrapped with insulating paper 2, approximately in the center of a metal conduit 3. Mainly used was one in which the tube was supported by an insulating spacer 4 provided in the section and the pipe line 3 was filled with insulating oil 5.

However, with this configuration, as the operating voltage increases, the insulation distance must be increased, which inevitably increases the inner diameter of the pipe, increasing the amount of insulating oil required.
Particularly when the distance between connected devices is long, the connecting bus bar becomes larger and has the disadvantage of being expensive.

As a countermeasure to this problem, for example, it is possible to mold the outer periphery of the main conductor itself that electrically connects devices using a molding material such as epoxy resin, but in this case, the longer the main conductor becomes, the more difficult it is to mold. There are disadvantages such as the large size of equipment such as molds and hardening furnaces, and extremely poor workability.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and includes a main conductor that electrically connects electrical equipment with a connecting body divided into a plurality of parts, and a cylindrical center conductor that connects between the cylindrical center conductors of these connecting bodies. By disposing it so as to penetrate through the shaped fitting electrode, the inner diameter of the conduit can be made smaller, and a long connecting busbar of the desired length can be economically obtained using small-sized production equipment. It is something.

In the present invention, an intermediate electrode is embedded in a conduit filled with an insulating medium in an insulator provided on the outer periphery of a cylindrical center conductor in a stepped manner with a constant step in the axial direction along the inclination of the end of the insulator. At least the intermediate electrodes of the innermost layer and the outermost layer are located between a plurality of connecting bodies formed by inserting them over the length of the insulator, and between the ends of the central conductors of these connecting bodies. cylindrical mating electrodes that connect the two are coaxially connected together, and a main conductor is provided that penetrates through these center conductors and the mating electrode to electrically connect the devices. It is a shaku connecting bus line.

Then, the plurality of connection bodies 10 connected together via the fitting electrodes 13 are positioned in the conduit 17 with spacers 18 in between, and the connection fittings 11 are grounded and the devices are electrically connected. A main conductor 1 is arranged so as to pass through the plurality of center conductors 6 and the fitting electrode 13 as a bare wire, and after electrically connecting the devices with this main conductor 1, a conduit 17 is provided. An insulating medium 19 such as insulating oil or SF6 gas is put into the empty space to form a long connecting bus bar.

It should be noted that the present invention can be modified in various ways without departing from its spirit and scope. For example, as in the above-described specific example, it is preferable that the center conductor 6 and the innermost layer intermediate electrode 8' be connected to the same potential. However, this does not necessarily require a connection.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, if a plurality of connection bodies are combined and a main conductor that electrically connects electrical equipment is disposed inside the combination so as to pass through the connection body, a long connection bus bar of any length can be formed. Moreover, most of the main conductor located in the conduit is divided into a plurality of parts and covered with a connecting body in which an intermediate electrode for adjusting the electric field is buried in the insulator, so that There is little disturbance of the electric field or the occurrence of corona, and the electric field in the armpit area is relaxed by the fitting electrode and the intermediate electrode in the connection part where the main connection is made, so it is possible to reduce the inner diameter of the conduit. In addition, since the connecting body itself is divided into multiple parts, it is necessary to manufacture one with the same length as the main body, and the production equipment necessary for manufacturing the connecting body may be required. A long product can be obtained without increasing the size, and the production is simple.
