Description

この発明は、ろう付される物品のろう付部分に対応した
形状を予め有するろう材の新規な製造方法に関するもの
である。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a novel method for producing a brazing material that has a shape corresponding to the brazing portion of an article to be brazed.
かゝるろう材は、ろう付される物品のろう付部分に当て
られて、焼結炉中を通つてなされる自動の連続ろう付作
業において多量に用いられるものである。従来、この種
のろう材の成形は、線状のろう材をまげたり、或は板状
のろう材を打抜いたりしてなされて来た。Such brazing materials are used in large quantities in automated continuous brazing operations which are applied to the brazed portion of the article being brazed and passed through a sintering furnace. しかし、これ等の方法では、特に前者の方法では加工に
手間がかゝり且つ所望の形状に中々に加工出来ず、また
後者の方法では打抜き後の板に無駄な使われない部分が
多数残りろう材が貴金属の場合には取り分け不経済であ
つた。そこで、この発明は、この種のろう材を電気メツ
キ法によつて電極上に析出せしめて容易且つ正確に所望
の形状に成形出来る上記種類のろう材の製造方法を提供
するものである。図面に従つて以下に、この発明の一実

が析出し、これをはぎ取つて所望の寸法の環状のろう材

を入れ、該陰極上にろう材の金属を電気的に析出せしめ
