The yarn is false-twisted to form a designed yarn with a unique appearance such as loop yarn yarn or ring yarn yarn, and the false-twisted form is maintained up to the upper exit of the second hollow spindle at the upper part of the first spindle. Then, while the false twisting is not restored, the presser thread is unwound and unwound by the flyer from the presser thread bobbin attached to the outer periphery of the second hollow spindle, and is fixed by twisting and entangling it by actual twisting, and then wound with a wine goo. Regarding the manufacturing method of design thread,
The purpose of this method will be described later because the conventional up-type design yarn twisting method involves winding entangled yarn in a spiral shape around the outer circumference of the core yarn and performing actual twisting to form the design yarn. For some reason, there was a limit to the production speed, but the method of the present invention makes it possible to increase the production speed to four to one times that limit.

An upper hollow spindle 107 with 8 and 7 layers 109 mounted on its outer periphery is provided so as to rotate at high speed in the opposite direction, and a wine goo 110 is installed above it, and the yarn is pulled out from the yarn supply source bobbin 101 by the lower delivery roller 102. After the core yarn a' is passed through the center of the lower hollow spindle 103, it is sandwiched between the upper delivery rollers 106 whose circumferential speed is slightly higher than that of the lower delivery roller 102, and then the core yarn a' is passed through the center of the lower hollow spindle 103. The entangled yarn b' released from 104 is wound spirally around the outer periphery of the core yarn a' at the lower part of the upper delivery roller 106 by the free rotation of the 7 layer 105, and becomes the designed yarn C'.
is formed, the thread C' is pushed upward by the upper delivery roller 106, and the thread C' is passed through the center of the upper hollow spindle 107. On the other hand, the upper hollow spindle 107 is pushed in the opposite direction to the lower hollow spindle 103. The presser thread d' of the presser thread bobbin 108 is released by free rotation of the 7-layer 109 at an arbitrarily selected rotation speed of the hollow spindle 107, and the hollow spindle 107
At the upper exit of the thread C', a design thread e' is twisted almost tightly around the outer periphery of the thread C' to fix the design form of the thread C', and is passed through the thread guide 1100 to the winder. -111.

成を不能にするからである。In the above, if the circumferential speed of the upper delivery roller 106 is increased, it is possible to increase the circumferential speed of the upper delivery roller 106.
If the circumferential speed is the same as that of 02, the design element C', which is formed by twisting the entangled yarn b' around the core yarn a' in a spiral shape and forming it into a loop yarn yarn, ring yarn yarn, etc., will slip and cause the lower part to be delivered. - The core yarn a' cannot be fed upward at a speed that is always in synchronization with the feeding speed of the core yarn a' by the rollers 102, so that the core yarn a' is fed to the lower and upper delivery rollers 102, 1.
This is because the slack gradually increases between 0.6 and 0.06, making it impossible to form a normal design yarn b'.

When passing between a pair of rollers with a hard surface, there is a risk that the entangled yarn b' will be squeezed up and down and deformed into an abnormally designed yarn as shown in FIG. 2H, so the upper delivery roller 106 is relatively It is filled with a pair of elastic rubber rollers with a large diameter.

Since the design yarn C' and the circumferential surface of the rubber roller slip violently and damage the rubber roller immediately, it is impossible to increase the speed, and the standard manufacturing speed of the design yarn is 4/min. ~5
It is about m.

There are flaws such as becoming possible.

By harmonizing the high-speed rotation of the rpil and the feeding speed of the core yarn a, etc., a designed yarn C is formed which is subjected to 1500 Z false twists per meter between the yarn guide 5 and the false twisting pin 8, and the second i 2.00 orp to the left of the hollow spindle 9
At the upper exit of the spindle 9, the design yarn C is kept falsely twisted at mO rotation speed, and is slightly untwisted to maintain 2 false twists of 1200 times per 1-rIL.

A second hollow spindle 9 rotating in the same direction as the first spindle 6 at the same speed or less than the same speed twists the same number of twists or a little bit. While holding the untwisted false twist, the second
A bobbin 10 rotates in the same direction around the outer periphery of the hollow spindle 9.
Then, the presser thread d, which is twisted in the opposite direction to the false twist, is wrapped around the outer circumference of the design yarn C under tension by real twisting.
The conventional method is to use a device that spirally winds a supercharged entangled yarn around a core yarn and twists it to form a designed yarn, or an upper delivery roller consisting of a pair of elastic rubber rollers. Excluding components that hinder the production speed of designed twisted yarn, such as anticipating slippage due to delayed running of the designed yarn immediately after forming the designed yarn, and manufacturing of designed yarn by false twisting, etc. Since it is composed of integrated equipment, it can dramatically increase the production speed by about 4 to 1 times, and it can also produce raw material yarns for woven and knitted fabrics, which can make the core yarn and entangled yarn about the same count, without any obstacles. It has the advantage of being able to be manufactured without any problems.
