騒音洩れを防止するようにした食器洗い機を提供するも

、開口部のシール性能劣化、水洩れ事故の原因になつて
いた。本発明はこれらの問題を解決すべく工夫したもの

、その溝に対応して蓋裏板4には2筋の15リブ7及び
8を配設している。溝6の中には断面が角形で全体形状
が□状をしたガスケット9を装備し、前記リブ8と当接
させている。洗浄槽2の周縁の内側溝6は、同外側の溝
5よりー段奥に位置しており、また溝6の上方水平部は
下方の両側20部よりもより奥へ深くなつている。即ち
これらの溝6を側面からみた場合、第3図に示すように
前記外側の溝5が垂直であるのに対し内側の溝6はその
両端部が前方へやや傾斜している。この溝6を構成する
洗浄槽2のリブ10は溝6の深さを一25定にするため
溝6の傾斜と同一勾配をもたしている。リブ8も同様に
勾配をもたしている。洗浄槽2の底面中央に設けた噴射
回転ノズル11から噴射された洗浄液は、特に洗浄槽の
上辺部の前記リブ10と蓋裏板4のスキマ12から注入
され、両30側の溝部6に沿つて下方に流れる。この溝
6にはガスケット9が挿入され蓋裏板4のリブ8との間
でシールされているので、前記した噴射回転ノズル11
からの噴射洗浄液が更に外側へ洩れ出ることはないが、
ガスケット9とリブ8の当接圧力が35寸法のバラツキ
や組立バラツキなどで充分なシールが出来ていない時、
このシール部を突き破る噴射洗浄液力功口わることがあ
る。この飛散した洗浄液は、更に外側に溝5及びリブ7
を設けているので、これらの障壁をかいくぐつて外部に
漏洩する可能性はほとんどない。なお前記した蓋裏板4
のリブ7とリブ8の間は、蓋裏板4側に設けた溝13を
形成しており、この溝13に対応して洗浄槽2からリブ
14が突出している。このリブ14は前記溝5の側壁で
もある。このように二重、三重のリブ及び溝で洗浄液の
飛散漏洩を防御しているので、ほぼ完壁な洗浄液のシー

ブ7,8を蓋3に設けたが、その形成位置を逆にしても

とができるとともに、溝とリブの形状を配慮することに
より、ガス類の効果的な洗い流しが行なえるというすぐ
