Generally, these tubes are lined, cleaned,
When inspecting the inner surface condition, and when inserting power lines, etc., insert a string-like object (including string, rope, wire, belt, wire, etc.) to serve as a guide before these operations. It is widely practiced to insert or pass other objects through this string-like object. However, it is extremely difficult to initially insert the string-like material into these tubes. If the tube is short, it is possible to push a metal wire or the like from one side, but this cannot be applied to a tube as long as several hundred. Various self-propelled devices have also been proposed,
Its use was limited because it had a complicated structure, it could not be inserted through curved parts, and it could not be applied to pipes extending vertically. Furthermore, if these devices became unable to move forward in the middle of the pipe, they could not be pulled back and the pipe itself could become unusable. A method has also been proposed in which a flexible plastic cylindrical film is inserted into a tube while being reversed using fluid pressure, and then pulled out from the tube, but this method is not as effective as pulling out a cylindrical film inserted into a long tube. This required a large amount of mounting, and the film was often scratched or cut by rubbing against the inner surface of the tube. The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and involves inserting a flexible cylindrical body while inverting it using fluid pressure, and then pulling out the cylindrical body from the tube while inverting it in the opposite direction. into the pipe,
It is a device that can be inserted, and the force required to insert the cord-like proboscis is small, and there are fewer accidents such as friction damage and cutting of the cylindrical body.
The present invention provides a method that allows a cylindrical body to be used repeatedly. Accordingly, the present invention fixes one end of a flexible airtight cylindrical body having a diameter approximately equal to or larger than the inner diameter of the pipe in an annular shape, and applies fluid pressure to the rear part of the annular fixed part. and inverting the cylindrical body so that the inside becomes the outside, while advancing the inverted part inside the tube from one end of the tube to the other end, and a string-like elongated object connected to the free end of the cylindrical body. into the already inverted cylindrical body, after which the cylindrical body is opened at the other end of the tube, and a flexible material having an outer diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the cylindrical body is inserted into the cylindrical body. It consists of an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder made of the same material and having the same outer diameter as the outer cylinder, and the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are continuous at both ends, and the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are An endless double cylinder is inserted in which the outer cylinder is inflated to a substantially circular cross section by the fluid sealed between the cylinder and the inner cylinder is crushed in its diametrical direction, and the string-like long object is inserted into the endless double cylinder. The string-like elongated object is passed through the inner cylinder of the heavy cylinder, and the tip of the string-like long object is connected to the tip of the cylindrical body, and another string-like object is connected to the cylindrical body, so that the inside of the cylindrical body is large. By pulling the string-like elongated object from the one end of the tube under atmospheric pressure or applying a higher pressure, the endless double tube is rolled and the cylindrical body is pushed outward. The string-like material is pulled out from the tube while being turned over so that it is on the inside, and at the same time, the string-like material is drawn into the tube and inserted.

Then, at the folded part 9), the cylindrical body 6 is inverted so that the inside becomes the outside, and the inverted cylindrical body 6 is pressed against the inner surface of the tube, and the folded part 9 advances inside the tube. .
This state is shown in FIG. 1b. At this time, the cylindrical body 6 wound on the reel 5 is sequentially unwound and supplied to the folded portion 9. When the cylindrical body 6 is completely pulled out from the reel 5, the string-like elongated object 8 is subsequently pulled out and drawn into the tube 1. When the cylindrical body 6 is inverted over its entire length, the cylindrical body 6 is inserted over the entire length of the tube 1 and is crimped onto the inner surface of the tube 1, as shown in FIG. The string-like elongated object 8 is inserted into the shaped body 6. Next tube 1

The endless double tube 10 is as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and includes a flexible outer tube 11 having an outer diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the cylindrical body 6, and a flexible outer tube 11 having an outer diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the cylindrical body 6. It consists of an inner cylinder 12 having a diameter and made of the same material, and the outer cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 12 are continuous with each other at both ends, and there is a space between the outer cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 12. A pressure fluid is sealed in the cavity 13, and the pressure of the fluid expands the outer cylinder 11 to a circular cross section and collapses the inner cylinder in its diameter direction. In this endless double cylinder 10, the outer cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 12 are continuous with each other, so the outer cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 12 can be used either outside or inside in a certain state. It is not a fixed thing. That is, in FIG. 2, if a rightward force is applied to the inner cylinder 12, the inner cylinder 12 moves to the right, and its right end turns outward to become the outer cylinder 11.
Further, the left end of the inner cylinder 12 draws in the outer cylinder 11 and turns it inward to form a part of the inner cylinder. In this way, the endless double cylinder 10 rolls as a whole while being reversed at both ends, and moves to the right. Moreover, in such a movement, the friction between the outer cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 12 is extremely small, so that the above-mentioned movement is performed with an extremely small amount of force. In the present invention, as described above, the endless double tube 10 is inserted from the other end of the cylindrical body 6, and the string-like elongated object 8 is further passed through the inner tube 12 of the endless double tube 10. . Then, the tip of the cylindrical body 6 and the tip of the string-like elongated object 8 are bonded again, and the string-like object 14 is bonded to this bonded portion. Further, the cylindrical body storage container 4 is removed from the pressurizing pipe 2, and the sealing device 15 is attached thereto. This sealing device 15 has a flexible tube 18 inserted into a cylindrical body 17 equipped with a pressure fluid inlet 16 on the side wall, and both ends of the tube 18 are hermetically fixed to the cylindrical body 17. By feeding pressure fluid into the space between the cylindrical body 17 and the tube 18 from the fluid inlet 16, the tube 18 is crushed in the diametrical direction, and the fluid pressure within the cylindrical body 6 is maintained. It is designed to hold a string-like long object 8 passing through it. Incidentally, this sealing device 15 may be attached between the pressurizing tube 2 and the cylindrical body storage container 4 from the beginning. The string-like elongated object 8 passes through the sealing device 15 and is wound around the take-up device 19 . This state is shown in FIG. 1d.
Next, when the pulling device 19 is driven 1 and the string-like long object 8 is pulled, the inner cylinder 12 of the endless double cylinder 10 is pulled by the string-like long object 8 and moves to the right in the figure, and the endless double cylinder 10 is pulled by the string-like long object 8 and moves to the right in the figure. Cylinder 10

Further, the cylindrical body 6 is inverted so that the outside becomes the inside, and the shape of the folded part is adjusted by the endless double tube 10, and the cylindrical body 6 is pulled out while being smoothly inverted. At the same time, the string 14 connected to the tip of the cylindrical body 6 is drawn into the cylindrical body 6 and into the tube 1. This state is shown in FIG. 1e. When the cylindrical body 1 is pulled out over its entire length, the string-like object 8 is inserted into the tube 1 and the cylindrical body 6. When the pressure tube 2 is removed from the tube 1, a string-like object 14
A tube 1 is obtained in which the entire length of the tube is inserted. Therefore, using this string-like object 14, other articles etc. can be inserted into the tube 1 or the tube 1 can be

Then, after the cylindrical body 6 is reversed and inserted into the inside of the tube 1, and the endless double tube 10 is inserted, the reel 5 can be reversed and the cylindrical body 6 can be pulled out. Moreover, the cylindrical body 6
The string-like material inserted therein may be removed by pulling it out as necessary. What is shown in FIG. 4 is another embodiment of the present invention.

In addition to this embodiment, a slit 20 is provided at the rear end of the pressure tube 2, and the cylindrical body 6 wound on the reel 5 provided at the rear of the pressure tube 2 is heated through the slit 20. Pressure pipe 2
It is fixed to the tip of the pressurizing tube 2 in an annular shape. Therefore, pressure pipe 2 and pipe 1 are not connected (Fig. 4a)
. In this embodiment, when pressure fluid is introduced into the pressurizing tube 2 from the pressurizing fluid inlet 3, the cylindrical body 6 is inverted, and its folded portion protrudes from the tip of the pressurizing tube 2. When the folded portion 9 is guided to the end of the tube 1 and inserted into the tube 1, the folded portion 9 advances inside the tube and the cylindrical body is inverted. At this time, the cylindrical body 6 wound around the reel 5 is sequentially pulled out from the reel 5, enters the pressure tube 2 through the slit 20, and is further supplied to the inverted portion 9 through the already inverted cylindrical body. Ru. This state is shown in FIG. 4b. When the cylindrical body 6 is completely pulled out from the reel 5, the string-like elongated object 8 is subsequently pulled out, and the reversal of the cylindrical body 6 progresses, extending over the entire length of the tube 1 as shown in FIG. 4c. The cylindrical body 6 is inserted and crimped. Next, as in the previous example, open the tip of the cylindrical body 6,
The endless double tube 10 is inserted from here, and the cylindrical body 6 and the string-like long object 8 are connected again, and the string-like object 14 is inserted here.
(Fig. 4 d), and the string-like long object 8 is pulled back to draw the string-like object 14 into the tube 1 (Fig. 4 e). In this embodiment, the slit 20 of the pressurizing tube 2 Since the string-like elongated object 8 can be pulled through it, there is no need to remove the cylindrical body storage container 4 as in the previous embodiment. Furthermore, even in this embodiment, a sealing device 15 may be provided at the rear of the pressurizing tube 2, and in this case, the rear of the sealing device 15 may be left open. When the cylindrical body 6 is pulled out from the tube 1 along its entire length, the string-like object 1 is removed as shown in FIG. 4f.
This results in a tube with 4 inserted through it.

Further, in the present invention, when pulling out the cylindrical body 6 from the tube 1, the shape of the folded part of the cylindrical body 6 is adjusted with the endless double tube 10, and the cylindrical body 6 is inverted and pulled out. Therefore, only a small amount of force is required to pull it out.
Moreover, since there is no friction between the cylindrical body 6 and the tube 1, the cylindrical body 6 is not damaged, and one cylindrical body 6 can be repeatedly used several times.
It is also possible to return and use it. Further, in the previous embodiment, when pulling out the cylindrical body 6 from the tube 1, the cylindrical body 6
Although the inside is under atmospheric pressure, it is best to introduce pressure fluid into the cylindrical body 6 from one end of the tube and pull the cylindrical body 6 out of the tube 1 while applying fluid pressure inside the cylindrical body 6. preferable. Although this is not necessary, by applying fluid pressure within the cylindrical body 6, the cylindrical body 6 is pressed against the inner surface of the tube 1, and the cylindrical body 6 is prevented from being flattened by the force applied. This allows the cylindrical body 6 to be pulled out more smoothly. However, when fluid pressure is applied within the cylindrical body 6, a force is applied to the folded portion of the cylindrical body 6 toward the other end, and the force required to pull out the cylindrical body 6 becomes slightly larger. In this case, it is possible to reduce the force required to pull out the cylindrical body 6 by sending pressure fluid from the other end of the tube to balance the pressure on both sides of the folded part. It is. in this case,
It is best to make both fluid pressures almost equal, but there is no problem even if there is a slight difference. The tubular body 6 can be a soft plastic tube, but it can also be made of a thin, flexible cylindrical fabric whose outer or inner surfaces are coated with soft plastic. When used, it has a long lifespan and can withstand repeated use many times.

Note that it is preferable that the cylindrical body 6 has a diameter that is approximately equal to or even larger than the diameter of the tube 1. This is because if the diameter of the cylindrical body is small, it is difficult to turn over the cylindrical body 6 smoothly when pulling it out from the tube 1.
