It is configured so that the two are connected. In addition, when the weight of the stabilizer 1 is not supported by the spacer 6, the contact portion 7
The connection between a and the receiving portion 9a is separated. Now, when the ballast 1 is used in a normal state 20, the heat generated from the ballast 1 is transferred to the lighting fixture body 4 which is attached closely to the ballast 1, so that it has a heat dissipation effect.

Therefore, the weight of the ballast 1 separates the connection between the contact portion 7a and the receiving portion 9a, and power supply to the ballast 1 is stopped. Therefore, the temperature of the ballast 1 is lowered, and damage 35 to the lighting fixture body 1 due to abnormal heat generation due to failure can be prevented. Thus, the safety device of the ballast of the present invention is
A screw hanging from the lower surface of the lighting equipment body is inserted into the mounting hole of the ballast, and a spacer made of thermoplastic resin is provided between the nut screwed into the lower end of the screw and the lower surface of the periphery of the mounting hole. The power connection part, which should be separated due to the weight of the ballast in the event of a ballast abnormality, is attached to the joint between the lighting equipment body and the ballast. If the temperature were to rise even further, the spacer would melt and the ballast would fall, allowing the power connection to the ballast to be disconnected and power to the ballast to be removed.
従つて、安定器故障による損傷を照明器具本体に及ぼす
ことなく安全に使用しうる効果がある。Therefore, there is an effect that the luminaire can be used safely without causing damage to the luminaire body due to ballast failure.
