【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は高周波を利用して食品その他の物を加熱し、殺
菌、調理、乾燥などを行なう高周波加熱装置に関するも
のである。

切換れて調理する方がよい場合等が種種あるからである
。更に出力の切換えは有段切換えでなく連続可変できる
無段切換えにする方が望ましかつた。また従来の高周波
加熱装置は料理食品の加熱の均一性をあげる為にスター
ラフアン、あるいはターンテーブルをそれぞれ単独使用
するか、又は両者を併用して食品の加熱の不均一を少な
くしてきた。

熱装置の断面図である。図中、11はオープン、12は
食品を載せるターンテーブル、13はターンテーブル1

換えでなく簡単な構成で高周波出力の切換えを連続可変
できる無段切換えにする事ができしかも、食品の種類、
量、大きさ、形等に応じて調整することにより均一加熱
することができる。
