とは出来なかつた。It is widely practiced to layer and gel a polyvinyl chloride resin coating on the surface of cloth products such as gloves and socks, and to provide reinforcement and waterproofing effects as well as decorative effects. However, since the vinyl chloride resin coating usually has a smooth surface, it has the disadvantage of being slippery. The present invention has been completed with the aim of providing a method for forming a vinyl chloride resin coating having a wrinkle pattern on the surface, which can easily form a vinyl chloride resin coating without the above-mentioned difficulties, and which has been developed for the purpose of forming a vinyl chloride resin coating that has a wrinkle pattern on the surface. The sol of vinyl chloride resin, etc. layered on the surface of the material is placed in an air bath at a temperature suitable for gelation, that is, 200 to 250°C, for several minutes to several tens of minutes, and the lower layer is completely gelled and made into a product. In addition, when it is particularly desired to attach coarse particles to the surface, the gel is treated for several minutes at a temperature lower than the gelling temperature, that is, 120 to 150°C, to semi-gelify the entire gel, and then coarse particles are added to the surface. After attaching particles etc. by an appropriate method, the gelling temperature is usually 200.
It is gelatinized at ~2500C, and a wrinkle pattern is formed on the surface, making it impossible to expect great anti-slip effects or aesthetics.

When a coating film of plastisol or organosol of vinyl chloride resin is formed on a surface and then exposed to a high temperature gas such as a gas flame for a few seconds, only the surface of the coating gels and becomes fluid while the lower layer of the coating film has not yet lost its fluidity. 業の発展に寄与すること極めて大なるものである。When this is brought into contact with a gas flame or a similarly high-temperature gas for several seconds, only the surface of the coating gels before the lower layer of the coating reaches the gelation temperature. A layer of plasticizer or dilute sol is again applied to this gelled surface to achieve a gelling temperature of 200~200℃.
When placed in an air bath at 2500C, the gelled film absorbs the plasticizer or the plasticizer in the dilute sol and expands, causing wrinkles, and as heating progresses, the lower layer completely gels, causing wrinkles on the surface. It becomes a vinyl chloride resin coating. As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention involves exposing a vinyl chloride resin coating with a wrinkle pattern, which has excellent anti-slip effects and decorative effects, to high temperatures for a very short period of time before the gelation process of plastisol or organosol of vinyl chloride resin. This can be done by a simple method of re-layering a plasticizer or diluted sol, and it will greatly contribute to the development of industry.

It was applied uniformly by pouring it onto the surface of the glove, and then it was exposed to a gas flame at 800°C for 2 seconds to gel only the surface. Then, only the fingertips were immersed in the DOP solution and pulled up.
Heat for 10 minutes in an air bath at 0.degree. C. to gel.
