Not only does it protrude to the edges of the grooves, making the grooves unclear (Fig. 10), but the surface of the overlaid decorative paper 2a becomes fluffy (Fig. 2), and the base plate 1
It is difficult to make the surface smooth due to the fiber pattern in a, conduit hole marks, press dust marks, etc. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, delamination may occur within the decorative paper 2a. This was a cause of deterioration of the design of the decorative board. The present invention aims to solve the problems of the prior art in the method of manufacturing such an overlay panel.

に記載された本発明方法の実施例について説明する。That is, the method of the present invention impregnates the decorative paper 2 with the sanding sealer 55 and attaches it to the base plate 1, and then performs groove cutting and sanding to remove the fluff of the conventional decorative paper 2. The present invention aims to provide a grooved decorative paper overlay panel with a high design quality that is free from unevenness, interlayer peeling, and ambiguity due to six grooves. Embodiments of the method of the present invention illustrated in the drawings will be described below.

A permeable sanding sealer 5 such as polyester resin, urethane resin, lacquer resin, etc. is applied to the surface using a flow coater 5-, a roll coater, or the like.

(FIG. 1) ■Next, as shown in FIG. 1, a groove 6 having an arbitrary shape such as a V-shaped cross section, a round shape, or a square shape is formed on the surface of the base plate after the sealer 5 has been applied using a groover, a cutter, or the like.

Rather, in the case of the present invention, it is better to apply a slightly larger amount of paint 7 so that there is no uncoated area in the grooves 6. After painting, the groove paint 7 is dried.

The circle is clearly expressed. Further, if necessary, direct printing may be further performed on the smooth surface of the decorative paper 2 thus formed.
