ポリプロピレンなどの不活性、平滑性の良好な合成樹脂
製薄板を裏張りして、この合成樹脂製薄板面に粉粒体原
料が接するようにして前記問題の解決を図つている。従
来このような大型の貯槽用ホッパー、シュートなどの内
壁面への合成樹脂製板の裏張りには合成樹脂製板を強固
に固定することが可能なネジ止めによる方法が採用され
ている。然しながら貯槽用ホッパーを構成する鋼板は比
較的薄く、この0 薄い鋼板に合成樹脂製薄板を重ね合
わせて固定することであるから、そのネジ止めによる方
法はホッパーを構成する鋼板及び合成樹脂製薄板に適当
に通し穴を穿設して両板の通し穴に通しボルトを通[、
、ナットで締めつけて固定するネジ止めによ5 る方法
が採られている。しかしこのような方法ではホッパーを
構成する鋼板に通し穴を穿設する必要があり、またホッ
パーは大型のものであるからホッパーの内側と外側との
両側において作業を行なわなければならなく、このため
に作業性が非常ノO に悪〈且つ非経済的であつた。こ
の発明は前記する問題を解決することを目的とするもの

、シユートなどの内壁面に合成樹脂製薄板を裏張りする
方法である〇すなわちこの発明は大型の貯槽用ホツバ一
、シユートなどの内壁面Aに合成樹脂製薄板Bを、前記
内壁面Aにスタツド電弧溶接によつて立設固着した、先
部をネジ部片1aとなし後部をチヤツク部片1bとなし
、そして後部チヤツク部片1bが先部ネジ部片1aに折
除可能に一体的に連がつているネジ付スタツド1の後部
チヤツク部片1bが折除された先部ネジ部片1aに、合
成樹脂製薄板Bに穿設したバカ穴2を嵌めて、合成樹脂
製薄板表面のバカ穴位置に削成形成された皿形の窪み3
と嵌り合う皿型ナツト4で以つてネジ止めするようにし
た大型の貯槽用ホツパ一、シユートなどの内壁面に合成
樹脂製薄板を裏張りする方法に係るものである。

れるアークシールドが挿入可能に稍々広径に形成し、そ
の合成樹脂製薄板Bをホツパ一内壁面Aに重ね合わせて
}いて、バカ穴2にネジ付スタツド1を押入してスタツ
ド電弧溶接によりホツパ一内壁面Aにネジ付スタツド1
を立設固着するようにすれば、ホツパ一内壁面Aに対す
るネジ付スタツド1の位置決め作業が不要となる利点が
ある。
