題点を解決するものである。That is, because the conventional laminate 1 has a structure in which the insulating adhesive 2 is sandwiched between the metal plates 3 and 4, no current flows between the front side A and the back side B of the laminate 1. , electrically isolated. For this reason, this type of laminate 1 is attached to other members, such as an insulating adhesive 2' similar to that of the laminate 1, to a metal plate 3'.
In order to weld the laminated plate 5 sandwiched between the metal plate 4' and the metal plate 4' using the resistance welding method, the front side A and the back side B of the laminated plates 1 and 5 are welded.
In order to electrically connect the
was needed. That is, with this auxiliary tool 6,
A current path is formed through the metals 3, 41, 3', 4' of the laminated plate 1.5 as shown by dotted lines in the figure. Then, electrodes T and 8 are pressure-contacted to the front side A of the laminates 1 and 5, and electricity is applied.
The contact portion C on the back side B of the laminate 105 is heated and melted to weld the laminate 105 together. However, in the case of such a conventional O laminated plate 1, a special auxiliary tool 6 is required in order to weld it with other members using the resistance welding method, and the auxiliary tool 6 is laminated before welding. The non-welding work of attaching it to the plate 1 and removing it after welding is included in the welding process, making the welding work complicated, and there is a problem in that it puts a certain limit on the efficiency of the welding work. Ta. This invention was made by focusing on these 5 conventional problems. A tongue piece formed by a cut is provided in a part of a laminate plate, and by bending this tongue piece, it is possible to separate adjacent metal plates. This problem is solved by making it possible to electrically connect them to each other.
以下、この発明を図面に基づいて説明する。The present invention will be explained below based on the drawings.

The laminated plate 9 of this embodiment has a structure in which an insulating adhesive 2 is sandwiched between a metal plate 3 and a metal plate 4, similar to the conventional laminated plate. As shown in FIG. 4, the laminated plate 9 is placed on a die 11 having a trapezoidal recess 10, and then a die 11 having a trapezoidal cross section approximately as shown in the figure and having a long base is placed. By pressing a protruding punch toward the recess 10 and punching a part of the laminate, the laminate 9
A bent base j, which is formed by a notch 13a and a bent base 13b as shown in FIG.
A tongue piece 13 is obtained which is bent at 13b. The notches 13a of the tongues allow the adjacent metal plates 3 and 4 to be electrically connected to each other via the insulating adhesive 2.

次の作用を説明する。To be more specific, this electrical connection is mainly made between the side surface D of the metal plate 4 on the lower side in FIG. 3 forming the tongue piece 13 of the laminate 9 and the metal plate 3 on the upper side in FIG. The cutting surface E is brought into contact with the cutting surface E. As a result, a current path communicating between the metal 3 on the front side of the laminated plate 9 and the metal 4 on the back side is formed as shown by the dotted line in FIG. In this case tongue piece 1
If 3 is made into a trapezoid as in the embodiment and its upper side (short side) is bent to form the base 13b, the both hypotenuses of the base 13b will come into pressure contact with the base material side during bending, thereby reducing electrical resistance.
The following effects will be explained.

材は積層板でなくて通常の金属板でもよい。That is, the electrodes 7 and 8 are pressed against the front side A of the laminate plates 9 and 14, and the contact portions C on the back sides B of the laminate plates 9 and 14 are brought into close contact. When electricity is applied to the electrodes 7 and 8, the current flows from the electrode 7 to the metal plate 3 on the front side of the laminated plate 9, as shown by the dotted line in FIG.
through the cut surface E of the metal plate 3 to mainly the side surface portion D of the tongue portion 13 of the metal plate 4 on the back side that comes into contact with this, and through the contact portion C of the metal plate 4 to the metal plate on the back side of the other laminated plate 14; 4', mainly through the side surface D' of the tongue piece 13 portion of the metal plate 4', to the cut surface E' of the metal plate 3/ on the other front side that is in contact with this, and to the electrode 8 that is in contact with the metal plate 3'. flows.
As a result, the contact portion C between the laminated plates 9 and 14 is heated and melted by the current flowing through this current path, thereby welding the laminated plates 9 and 14 together. However, the other members to which the laminate plate 9 is welded may be ordinary metal plates instead of the laminate plate.

The contact portions between the laminated plate 9 and other members are welded. The present invention is suitable for welding, for example, a floor panel and a dart lower panel that constitute the body of an automobile. Even if there is a tongue fragment in this case? This is because the tongue pieces will eventually become invisible due to the member that covers them. As explained above, according to the present invention, a tongue piece formed by a notch and a bent base is provided in a part of the laminate, and is bent from the bent base, Because it has a simple and simple structure in which adjacent metal plates are electrically connected to each other by the tongue pieces, a laminate made by sequentially laminating insulating adhesive and metal plates can be used with other laminates. When welding components using the resistance welding method, no special auxiliary tools are required, and therefore, work other than welding such as attaching and removing auxiliary tools during welding work can be omitted,
This has the effect of increasing the efficiency of welding work.
