分でないことも欠点であるが、被洗浄物を汚染する懸念
が5 あり、食品、飲料の容器等の洗浄には全く使用で
きない。本発明は起泡性の界面活性剤を含む公知のアル
カリ洗浄剤に使用する消泡剤を提供することを目的とす
る。

ることにより、有効かつ長期間安定に消泡効果を発揮す
