されたテープを搬送し又は搬送補助をなしリーリングマ
シーンの牛単板巻取部へ挿入し、又は繰出し中のテープ
を必要に応じて切断し切断したテープを再度繰り出し前
記牛単板巻取部へ挿入する装置についてなされたもので

機構を流用する様にしたものである。本発明の構造につ

2図に見る如く支点19を中心に回動自在の構造を持つ
たリンク19の先端を上部ベルトコンベア21の従動軸
41に取付け、それをスプリング51の力に抗して作動
させるソレノイド5より構成し、テープカツタ一により
切断されたテープの繰出し時、及び新たなテープ原反よ
りのテープ繰出し時に、その先端がリーリングマシーン
の生単板巻取部に巻取られる迄、前記下部ベルトコンベ
ア2と上部ベルトコンベア21の従動軸4,4′にて該
テープを圧接挟持繰出せる構造にしたものである。テー
プカツタ一は、第2図第3図に見る如く、可動刃6固定
刃7ソレノイド8スプリング8′等より構成し、固定刃
7は側枠1,1′に固設し可動刃6はピン61を介して
廻動自在の状態で側枠1に夫夫従動軸4押えロール4′
に連接して設け、単板切れ及びリーリングマシーンによ
る生単板巻取終了時にはソレノイド8によりスプリング
8′の張力に抗してテープを切断する構造にしたもので
ある。樋状テープガイドは尚テープ挿入ガイドを樋9と
エアシリンダ10等より構成し、樋9は側枠1,Vに摺
動自在に取付け リーリングマシーンによ》る生単板巻
始めのテープ挿入時のみ第1図に見る如く巻取15と巻
きロール15′のニツプ部迄伸張出来る構造となし、テ
ープの裏返し防止と確実な挿入出来る様にする事も考え

停止しているテープ先端部をニツプ、テープは繰出しを
始め樋状テープガイドを通過して巻取15と巻きロール

プ装着部18のテープ繰出し部のニツプロール14の作
動により新テープ原反の端末は繰出されるが、テープ繰
出し部より入つて来たテープ端末は先ず既に駆動状態に
入つてるベルトコンベア2に接触しその連接部より外へ
飛び出る事なくベルトコンベア2,21の間へ挿入搬送
補助されながら樋状テープガイドを通過生単板巻取部に
