つた。Among tilting rearview mirrors, those intended to be installed or removed in one-touch manner without using tools such as spanners when attaching the stay part of the mirror to the vehicle body are disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-11940. Already known from the official gazette. This rod is attached with a hook rod formed with a connecting hook portion on the upper side and a hook portion for temporary fixing on the lower side, and is constantly biased downward by a coil spring. A fixed connecting pin attached to the bottom surface of the stay is engaged with the lower hook portion, and the lower hook portion is configured to be hooked to an engaging protrusion provided on the seat plate. At first glance, this prior example appears to operate smoothly5, but upon experimentation, it became clear that smooth operation could not be expected.

It only acts to lift the hook rod against the elasticity of spring E, and does not work. Therefore, in order to hook the hook part F2 on the ridge D, it is necessary to disengage the base of the stay S and the board B and forcefully engage the hook part F2 with the ridge D. In this case, coil spring E
The disadvantage is that the stay is pulled downwards and cannot be engaged as desired because of its elasticity. It was hot. In addition, in the case of the above-mentioned prior art, there are two upper and lower parts on the hook rod.
Since it is necessary to form the hook portion of the step, there is an inconvenience in that the number of processing steps is large and special parts have to be made. Here, the present invention provides a hook to be provided at the bottom of the stay, which is swingably hung from the stay, and correspondingly, an inverted-shaped locking piece is elastically held on the back surface of the seat plate. By engaging the upper end portion with a swingable hook, the back mirror can be attached and detached with a single touch, thereby eliminating all of the above-mentioned drawbacks.

。Furthermore, in the present invention, the shape of the locking piece to be engaged with the movable hook attached to the stay side is a simple inverted V-shape, and unlike the conventional type, there are two upper and lower hook parts on the hook rod. This eliminates the hassle of setting up a holder, and also saves labor in terms of manufacturing man-hours. Incidentally, it is possible to form a hook portion on the expanded end portion of the above-mentioned inverted-shaped locking piece to engage it in the diametrical direction of the lower surface of the coil spring. Therefore, before assembly to the automobile body, the bifurcated portions of the inverted V-shaped locking piece are temporarily fixed using the protruding edges formed in the insertion holes of the seat plate, and then the base board and the seat plate are assembled and then the stay plate is attached. After tilting the bracket to the left or right and engaging the movable hook on the lower side of the stay with the locking piece, the locking piece can be removed from the temporary flange to easily and leverage the back mirror. It is designed so that it can be installed with a light amount of force. In addition, when removing it after assembly, tilt the stay to the right or left and hook the engaged movable hook and locking piece to the temporary fixing ridge, thereby making it free. The mirror can be easily removed from the vehicle body by removing the movable hook from the locking piece. The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the figure, 1 is a stay for a bank mirror, 2 is a car body outer plate such as the front of a car, 3 is a board on which the stay 1 is fitted, 4 is a seat plate that is crimped and fixed to the board 3 on the lower surface of the car body outer plate 2, and 5 6 is a coil spring, 6 is a hook swingably hung from the bottom of the stay 1, and 7 is an inverted V-shaped locking piece hung between the coil spring 5 and the hook 6, and the hook spring is made of steel wire. It is permitted to do so.

A movable hook 6 that can swing in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is vertically provided at the bottom of the stay using a pin 23. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the substrate 3 is provided with an insertion tube 11 and a protrusion 12 that are formed downward, and the insertion tube 11 has a bulge or an undercut on the outer edge of its lower end. 13, and several pieces (
When the locking piece (hook spring) 7 is temporarily fastened (Figs. 3 to 5), it is necessary to avoid contact with the upper end of the hook spring and to avoid contact with the upper end of the hook spring when the locking piece (hook spring) 7 is temporarily fixed (Figs. 3 to 5). It has a relatively wide notch 15 that provides a "relief" without hindering the swinging of the hook 6. On the other hand, the seat plate 4 combined with the substrate 3 is formed with an insertion hole 16 into which the insertion tube 11 is fitted and an insertion hole 17 into which the protrusion 12 is inserted. Note that two mounting holes are bored in the vehicle body outer panel 2 of the above-mentioned automobile, through which the insertion tube 11 and the protrusion 12 of the board 3 are inserted. Further, a coil spring 5 is disposed outside the lip 19 of the insertion hole 16 toward the bottom of the seat plate, and the coil spring 5 is always kept in a compressed state by a hook spring 7. The hook spring has an inverted V-shaped engagement portion 9 at its upper end that engages with the hook 6 pivoted on the stay side, and has washers 2 of the coil spring 5 at both lower ends.
It has hook portions 10, 10 for latching in the diametrical direction of the lower end of 0.0. The lower end of the coil spring 5 has an elongated hole 2 in the center.
1 and is supported by a washer 20 having a slotted hole 2.
1, insert the hook spring 7 into the coil spring so that it stands up in the space of the coil spring, hook the lower end hook parts 10, 10 onto the diametrically lower end of the washer 20, and hook the upper end engaging part 9 onto the movable hook 6 on the stay side. ing. However, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, before the hook spring 7 is assembled with the back mirror 1, the forked portion near the upper end of the anchor portion 9 has a protruding edge that protrudes almost halfway into the plane of the insertion hole 16. It is temporarily attached to 18. To assemble the mounting device of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the coil spring 5 is placed in advance at the lower part of the insertion hole 16 of the seat plate 4, and the hook parts 10, 10 of the hook spring 7 are connected to the coil spring 5. spring 5
The upper end of the hook spring is temporarily fixed by applying a washer 20 to the curved portions 22, 22 of the protrusion 18 of the insertion hole 16.

Since it is installed in this manner, even if the back mirror 1M collides with a human body or the like during use, the stay supported by the coil spring will not tilt and injure the human body or the like. Also, when removing the mirror, tilt the stay 1 in the opposite direction from when it was installed.
After the hook spring 7 is temporarily fixed to the ridge 18, it can be removed by unfitting the seat plate 4 and the base plate 3. FIG. 7 shows the operating state of the movable hook 6 and hook spring 7 during assembly in the above mounting device.
Insert the stay 1 from above into the mounting hole of the main body outer plate 2, and hook the hook 6 attached to the stay side to the engagement part 9 of the hook spring 7 in a temporarily fixed state, as shown by the chain line 4@ in the figure. , Lift the bottom of the stay slightly upwards and tilt it to the left, use a lever to remove the temporary fixing with light force, and then raise the stay to its normal position (see symbol ◎).
This allows you to attach a back mirror.

One can be attached and quickly removed by reversing the operation. These operations can be performed with light force by the lever action of the stay and hook. In addition, a hook spring, which is an inverted V-shaped locking piece, is elastically attached by a coil spring on the underside of the seat plate, and before assembly, it is temporarily fixed to a temporary fixing ridge formed in the insertion hole of the seat plate. By press-fitting the stay from above and tilting it to the left or right, the movable hook pivoted to the stay side can be swung and accurately engaged with the hook spring to firmly fix the stay. It is. Moreover, since the stay is fixedly supported by the elasticity of the coil spring, it is easily tilted when the back mirror receives an impact, and has the effect of preventing injury to the human body, property, etc.
