絣を表現せしめたことを特徴とするものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides simple kasuri printing using a kasuri yarn pot dyed in the same dark color as the base so as not to cause stains on the base part, and a fine kasuri kasuri without the difficulty of matching the kasuri. This relates to a manufacturing method for dyeing a dark-colored ground using dyes that are color-discharged, and arranging them in parallel on a dark-colored ground, using Kasuri pattern paper to dye the same color as the dark-colored ground that will not be colored in the discharge printing process described later. Kasuri dyeing is carried out within a predetermined range using Kasuri dyeing, and using a patterned paper with a pattern window of a size that fits within the predetermined range where Kasuri dyeing has been performed, kimono printing is carried out using a pick-up dye of a different color from the ground. It is characterized in that when the dark colored ground which has not been dyed with kasuri dyeing is removed, it is simultaneously colored with E and a different color, thereby expressing a kasuri pattern with a dark colored ground and discharge dyeing.

There was a drawback that it could not be done.

方法も採用されている。For this reason, the dark black color is printed using a kasuri pattern paper, and the red color is printed without using a kasuri pattern paper. Therefore, a method has been adopted in which the black is not contaminated with red, and only the spaces between the black strings appear to be dyed red.

The black color of the ground and warp threads is dyed by prior dyeing.

Kasuri pattern paper is used only for colored parts, and the method allows solid dyeing for light and different colors without using Kasuri pattern paper. However, since the ground part is a total light immersion dyeing that can be done together with the ground warp threads, the above-mentioned contamination process is not applied. It has made it possible to manufacture Kasuri yarn without knitting or contaminating rings.Threads that are fully dyed on a dark background using a dye that can be removed are lined up in parallel, and these parallel yarns [using Kasuri pattern paper] First, the first Kasuri dyeing is done.

る。The next unique color kasuri dyeing is done not with a kasuri pattern, but with a pattern pattern, so there is no need to worry about combining the first and second kasuri patterns like traditional methods. In addition, the first Kasuri uses a dye that cannot be removed by this adhesive dye, and the ground dyeing uses a dye that removes the color, so the removal and coloring can occur within the pattern window of the pattern paper. Because it is done, it is not a kasuri match, but a different color can be definitely colored between the kasuri comrades that are not removed, and there is absolutely no blank space at the boundary like in the case of kasuri match. Become.

Since high-quality kasuri threads can be mass-produced easily and at low cost, fine kasuri woven fabrics, which were conventionally expensive, can be mass-produced at low cost.

Improve work efficiency.

This kasuri thread can be distinguished by the pattern window, so if it is used as kasuri thread to make kasuri fabric, a predetermined kasuri pattern can be created using these two-color kasuri, for example, a beautiful kasuri pattern that expresses a flower by a collection of only fine kasuri threads. I will do it.

特長を発揮する。In this regard, the kasuri yarn of the present invention has the dark colored part of the ground dyed completely by light dyeing by employing the above-mentioned adhesion technique, so it is possible to dye the dark colored part of the ground warp and the ground warp yarn with the same dark color. , the contamination (dirty line) phenomenon exhibits the isotropic feature that no total heat is generated.
