示す実施例によつて説明する。Conventionally, in order to impart a three-dimensional pattern to a decorative board, it is common to stamp it using a pressing die such as an embossing roll or an embossing plate. However, this method (it costs a huge amount of money to make a model and the productivity is not good at all).On the other hand, three-dimensional patterns on decorative boards can also be created by applying a thick layer of ink using the screen printing method. However, in this case, there are limits to the selection of ink to be used, adjustment is difficult, and drying takes time.
This invention aims to provide a novel method for manufacturing decorative laminates that does not have the disadvantages described above, and will be explained below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.

Prior to applying the base paint, various base treatments may be performed as necessary depending on the characteristics of the base material, such as filler coating, sealer coating, and alkali stopper coating. The base paint may be a well-known base paint, such as an acrylic base paint, a vinyl base paint, a urethane base paint, an alkyd base paint, or the like, and is not particularly limited. Note that this process (1) can be replaced by directly adhering a synthetic resin sheet or thin paper (171/m2 to 150 y/m) onto the substrate, which has been subjected to base coating of any color tone, solid printing, etc. Can be done.
Next, as shown in FIG. 2, an arbitrary pattern is printed (screen printed) on this surface using an adhesive. 3 shows the adhesive j0 agent layer.

The powder has a particle size of 1 to 1000 μm, preferably A suitable thickness is 10 to 500 μm.The thickness of the powder spread is approximately the same as the thickness of the pattern in this area, giving the decorative board a great three-dimensional decorative effect.Next, the adhesive is 5 Remove the Netsumachi plastic resin powder that is not attached. This is to make this resin powder adhere only to the arbitrary pattern part. How to remove it (step 1-1 using a dust collection device) This allows the recovered powder to be used again.

If the temperature is above .degree. C., the powder will melt, and due to the shape of the powder, they will melt together to form a smooth top surface on the adhesive layer 3. 5(1) in Figure 3 shows the resin layer after melting.
This is cooled and solidified. Next, another pattern is gravure printed on top of this pattern in harmony with the above-mentioned pattern. That is, a planar pattern that harmonizes with the three-dimensional pattern of the resin layer 5 is printed. 6 in FIG. 4 is the printed pattern. As a final step, the entire surface is coated with a transparent synthetic resin paint using a coating machine such as a flow coater, and the desired decorative board is thus completed. This invention (for example, as described above, a pattern is formed by printing a contact agent, a thermoplastic resin powder is attached to this part, and this is thermally melted. It has the advantage of being able to form a thick pattern.

Furthermore, since a planar gravure printing pattern is applied in harmony with such a three-dimensional pattern, the combination of these patterns has the effect of giving the decorative board a great deal of decoration. EXAMPLE An acrylic urethane resin paint was applied to plywood which had been subjected to a sealing treatment according to a conventional method under conditions of 559/M2, and then dried.

できた。Next, a vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesive was printed using a textile printing machine to form an abstract pattern. Next, pulverized polystyrene resin powder was sprinkled on top of this, and collected and removed by a suction device, so that the resin powder was applied only to the abstract pattern formed with the adhesive. Next, this was passed through a drying oven and heated to 180°C. This resin powder was melted for 5 minutes to obtain a thick three-dimensional abstract pattern with a smooth surface. Next, this is cooled and after solidifying,
Another abstract pattern that harmonized with this abstract pattern was printed using a gravure offset printing machine. Finally, a transparent amino alkyd resin paint is applied to this surface using a flow coater under the conditions of 559/M2 to produce a decorative board with a three-dimensional effect that harmonizes the desired three-dimensional pattern and two-dimensional pattern.
