本発明は例えば自動車の計器盤、又は曲面を有する家具
等の曲面部に、木目の印刷模様又は金属調の蒸着被膜等
の例えばABS樹脂、PVC樹脂等の装飾用シート部材

は、第1図から第3図に示すように、樹脂シート部材1
をあらかじめアルミニウムの平’0 板2上にラミネー
トし、それを貼付されるべき部材3(以下被貼付部材と
いう)の曲面に合う形状に折り曲げ成型しておき、その
後その成型物を粘着剤4によリプレス装置5等で被貼付

ート部材25の塑性加工と、貼着とを同時に行うように
して、作業性にすぐれ、アルミニウム板等の部材を必要
とせず、低コストで達成できるシート部材の貼付方法を

ータ等によつて、表面温度約70〜100℃に加熱され

上に加熱加圧すれば、シート部材1は被貼付部材3の曲
面3aの形状に成型されると共に、約30秒〜1分経過
後には裏面に塗布された熱活性接着剤6が活性化して接
着がなされ、第7図に示すような製品が得られるもので
ある。尚、本実施例ではシート部材の裏面に熱活性接着
剤を塗布した例を示したが、被貼付部材に塗布してもよ
く、また液体の熱活性接着剤に代えフイルム状の熱活性
接着剤をシート部材裏面に添付してもよいことは勿論で

合わせた接着層6を介在せしめ、しかる後、該シート部
材1を加熱された弾性bツRAr77l押圧部材8で前
記被貼付部材3の曲面3a上に圧接し、シート部材1の
折曲げ成形と被貼付部材3に対する接着とを同時に行う
ことを特徴とするシート部材の貼付方法であつて、本発
明によれば従来のごとく、アルミニウムの板を使用する
必要がないので、低コストとなり、かつシート部材とア
ルミニウム板との接着工程及び折曲げ工程が省略でき、
省資源、省力化が達成され、更に作業場スペースの縮減

中にシート部材1が剥離する等の不具合は完全に解消さ
