には1箇所の吸着のみでは充分でなく、機構全体の大型
、複雑化を生じるのであり、更に機構的な把持手段や摘
持手段では正確な1枚宛の取出乃至引出は吸着手段以上
に難しく、又袋体に傷を付けたり変形を生じたりする欠
点があり多数枚の積層袋体群より1枚宛正確迅速に取出
す新しい手段が要求される処である。本発明はこのよう
な要求に応え、エア吹込み乃至噴射手段を用いて、1枚
宛の正確迅速な取出を可能とし、かつ事後の袋体に対す
る各種加工乃至作業を円滑に行なうことができるように
したものであり、その特徴とする処は、上下方向に亘つ
て積層されかつその略四辺形の一辺が開口辺とされた袋
体群から一枚宛、該袋体を自動的に取出すに当つて、最
先の袋体の前記開口辺側より開口辺に隣る一辺内部への
エア吹込み並びその外表面へのエア噴射による剥離を介
し、前記積層部一面に沿つて相対移動自在な一対の移動
帯間に形成されかつ移動帯の移動と同行移動する取出間
隙より、前記移動帯の下面に一枚宛を反転状に取出す点
にある。

パイプ6は第3図示のように、先に述べた移動帯3,4
における中間ロール15,15を共通に支持するスライ
ダー18の一方に設けられる。このパイプ6は最下位の
袋体1の開口辺1aの一側に位置して開口辺1a内外に
進退自在とされることによつて、開口辺1aに隣る一側
辺内部にエアを吹込み、これにより一側辺を膨脹させる
目的のものであり、このため同パイプ6は前記スライダ
ー18のブラケツト18aにガイド25によつて摺動自
在に取付けたホルダー26に支持され、かつ駆動シリン
ダー27によつて進退自在に設けられるのでありパイプ
6の位置に従つて第4図イ,口に示すように袋体1の開
口辺1aの一側外に位置し、この開口辺1aに隣る一側
辺内部に噴射エアが吹込まれるようにする。これに対し
他方のエア噴射パイプ7は前記パイプ6とは直交状の位
置において一方のケースプレート8の外側下端にその噴
射口が開口し、同じく第4図イ,口に示すように前記パ
イプ6よりのエア吹込みによつて膨脹された袋体1の一
倶1辺の外表面に向つて噴射できるように設けられるの
であり、このエア噴射パイプ7は図示省略してあるが適
宜の保持部材によつて固定状に保持される。図例では複
数本のパイプ7を列設したものを示しているが、これは
一側辺に亘る全長に開口するスリツト状の噴射口を有す
る1本のエア噴射パイプを代用することもできる。尚前
記した一対の移動帯3,4の各正逆回動に当つては、そ
の駆動手段は自由であるが、本発明ではその1例として
第3図1に示すようにスプロケツトホイルとチエンによ
る駆動手段を用いる。即ち移動帯3,4の各駆動ロール
13,13に付設した各スプロケツトホイル28,28

物品の装入作業を行なうことになる。このさい同図へは
袋体1の移送状態を示しているが、図示のようにコンベ
ヤ5の一部に押支ロール33中間ロール34等を配し、
更にこの位置に光電管その他の検出部材35を設置する
ことにより、コンベヤ5上の袋体1の一側辺1cがこの
位置に到達した時、検出部材35によつてこれを検知し

に可能である。本発明は以上の通りであつて、積層され
た袋体1群より袋体1を1枚宛取出すに当り、エア噴射
パイプ6,7を最下位袋体1における開口辺1aの一側
より同開口辺1aに連なる一側辺1cに向つて進退自在

体1に傷を生じないことは勿論、きわめて薄く柔軟で積
層時互いに密着し易いフイルム素材による袋体1でも、
その的確で誤りのない1枚宛の分別取出が容易に得られ
ることになる。かつその取出しに当つても取出間隙aの
移動、これに伴なう袋体1の順次剥離により全く無理な
く、袋体1を円滑に反転水平姿勢としてコンベヤ5上に
移送させることができ、事後の例えばコンベヤ5上にお
ける袋体1の取扱いも容易化されるもので、従来の吸着
手段や機械的把持や摘持手段では得られない正確でミス
のない1枚宛の自動取出を高速高能率に行なえるのであ
る。
