るスラブ軌道構造の製造法である。Slab track is basically a laminated concrete slab board and slab mat with rails placed on top of it.Currently, due to construction requirements, the slab board and slab mat are glued together with adhesive 3 and installed on site. Transported and constructed. Concrete slab boards and slab mats can be peeled off after construction, but with the current method, the adhesion between slab boards and slab mats is poor, so even if they are glued together, in many cases they will peel off during transportation or construction. It peeled off by 560-70%, resulting in extremely poor workability. The present inventor has arrived at the present invention as a result of intensive research to improve the above drawbacks. The first object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a slab track structure in which a concrete slab plate and a slab mat do not easily separate from each other and have appropriate elasticity. That is, the present invention produces a slab mat by adhering a fibrous sheet to the surface of an elastic sheet, and when manufacturing a concrete slab board, the fibrous sheet is embedded in the cement before the cement hardens. This is a manufacturing method for slab track structures, which is characterized by crimping the rails as described above and then laying the rails on-site after the cement has solidified.

The example of the drawing is a cross-sectional view of the slab track structure, where 1 is a concrete slab plate, 2 is a fibrous sheet, and the fibrous sheet 2 is a sectional view of the slab track structure. It is partially embedded in the slab board 1.

Regenerated fibers, synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, vinylon, polyethylene, polypropylene, metal fibers,
Inorganic fibers such as ceramic fibers and carbon fibers are used, but synthetic fibers are preferred materials because they have excellent flexibility and are resistant to corrosion.

In terms of cushioning properties, nonwoven fabrics, especially long fiber nonwoven fabrics, are preferred, and long fiber nonwoven fabrics that are needle-punched to prevent delamination are particularly preferred.

Further, the fibers may be bonded together by adhering a commonly used fiber binder such as PVAl acrylic type or synthetic rubber type to the above sheet in an amount of preferably 10% to 40% based on the amount of fibers. Agent treatment may also be used.
However, in the case of adhesive treatment, it is preferable to press the nonwoven fabric strongly so that it does not lose its cushioning properties. The elastic sheet 3 is a sheet of rubber such as natural rubber, nitrile rubber, butadiene rubber, elastomer sheet such as EP rubber, polyurethane elastomer, or polyester elastomer, and the material is adjusted to have the same elastic modulus as the pallast stone. ,

The slab mat and slab board were bonded together by hardening the cement. The resulting product was completely bonded throughout, the slab mat and slab board did not separate, and construction on site was extremely easy.
