築に便ならしめんとするにある。

型枠の内部にコンクリートを流し込んで立上部を打設す
れば、前記配置した基礎スペーサーの頂面上に7字溝の
溝幅と合致する基礎幅を有する立上部を打設した基礎が
構築されるものであって、従来のように地墨作業を不要
とするから、斯種基礎の施工はきわめて容易となると共
に施工期間を大幅に短縮出来るという利点があり、しか
も鉄筋の下端筋は7字溝の内底部に嵌合して安定よく支
持されるものであり、従ってコンクリートの打設に際し
て鉄筋が動揺したり沈降することがないから、鉄筋を埋
設するコシクリートのかぶり厚さが常に一定したきわめ
て強固な基礎が得られるという便利な効果がある。
