The present invention has been made in view of the drawbacks of the conventional examples, and its purpose is to be able to be directly incorporated into the metal roof plate, to avoid the need for double installation, and to allow the solar heat collector itself to be installed directly into the metal roof. does not appear on the roof, and has an excellent design with no difference in appearance from a regular metal roof.Moreover, the solar heat collection device itself is built into the metal roof sheet, making it safer from natural disasters. Our goal is to provide roofs with superior solar heat collectors.

以下、本発明を図示実施例に従って詳述する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail according to illustrated embodiments.

Both ends of the metal roof plate 10 are wound upward to form a normal connection part 4at4b, - a tile rod 2 with a substantially circular cross section is formed in the center over the entire length of the metal roof plate 1;
A copper water pipe 3 is inserted inside.

Therefore, a large number of metal roof panels 1 equipped with water pipes 3 are installed side by side on the roofing board 6, and the metal roof panel on the right side is attached to the connection part 4b on the right side of the metal roof panel 1 on the left side together with the hanger 7. The left side connecting portion 4a of the roof tile 1 is slid and fitted to form a normal tile rod 14, and the left and right metal roof panels 1, 1 are sequentially connected.

However, when water is circulated through the pipe 11 through the water pipe 3 and into the pipe 12, the heat of the metal roof sheet 1 is absorbed by the water in the copper water pipe 3, resulting in high-temperature hot water and The temperature of the metal roof sheet 1 decreases as it rises due to natural circulation.

Moreover, by covering the tile rod 2 through which the water pipe 3 is inserted, the cover 5 prevents heat radiation and improves heat exchange efficiency.

In the present invention, a hollow tile rod is actually installed in the metal roof plate that is installed on the roof, and water pipes are arranged inside the tile rod, so there is no need to separately install a solar heat collection device later. Installation is easy, similar to the construction of regular long metal roofing sheets, and it is inexpensive and safe for rain protection.

Furthermore, since the water pipes are installed inside the metal roof panels and do not appear on the outside, the appearance of the roof is no different from that of a regular metal roof, and it has an excellent design. Unlike conventional solar heat collectors that are fixed to the roof with wire or fixed to a stand, they are not exposed to the outside at all, so there is no risk of them being blown away by the wind during a typhoon, making them safer. It is excellent.

In addition, a hollow tile rod with a roughly circular cross section is actually opened on the metal roof plate, and a circular water pipe is installed inside the tile rod so that the inner surface of the tile rod and the outside surface of the water pipe are in close contact, so that direct solar heat and metal roofs can be protected. The radiant heat from the sun reflected by the plate is absorbed from almost the entire circumference of the water pipe, resulting in high heat collection efficiency.Also, since the outer surface of the tile rod is covered with a transparent cover with a roughly Ω-shaped cross section, each water pipe is In addition to preventing heat from radiating from the water pipes, the tile rods are visible from the outside and do not spoil the appearance of the tile rod roof.Furthermore, the metal roof plates are exposed between adjacent covers, making it possible to climb onto the roof. Also, it does not cause cracks or the like.
