引出し長さに相当する余分の導線2dを巻回した後、次
のタップ引出し位置まで所定の巻回数で巻■5 回する
。以上の工程を繰返してタップを所定の点数引出してコ
イル巻き作業が終了する。その後突出部4を切断工具に
より切断し、第3図のように余分に巻回した導線2c、
2dを巻戻し所定の口出し位置で直角に折曲げて外側に
引出し、絶縁加■0 工を一括して行ウ。すなわちこの
余分に巻回した導線2c、2dの周長が第3図に示すタ
ップリードの長さとなク、タップリード5が引出された
後のコイル上には欠ターン部6が形成されることになる
。この場合口出し長さに相当する余分の導線■52c、
2dの巻回をタップ引出し位置にラップさせて巻回すれ
ば、欠ターン部6は出来ない。このようにすればコイル
巻き作業はタップ引出”:−し部があつても連続して行
うことができるので巻線機の稼動率が向上する。
