本発明は暖房装置に関するもので、その目的とするとこ
ろは蓄熱槽内の温水の温度が低いときには床暖房を行な
って、温水の温度が高くなるとファンコイルユニットに
よる暖房を自動切換えによって行ない、低温水をも有効
に暖房に用いることができる暖房装置を提供するにある

とができるものであって、温水を広い範囲で効率よく利
用できて熱効率の向上が計れるという効果を奏し、しか
も温水の温度変化によって自動的に暖房方法を切換える
ことも可能であるため、使用勝手がよいという効果を奏
