A service tank that stores premixed fruit juice from a proportional pump, a liquid feed pump that feeds a fixed amount of fruit drink from the service tank, a plate heater that sterilizes the fruit drink from the liquid pump at high temperature, and a fruit drink from the plate heater. A holding tube that maintains the temperature of the fruit beverage, a plate cooler consisting of a pre-cooling plate cooler for pre-cooling the fruit beverage from the holding tube and a final cooling plate cooler for final cooling, and a plate cooler for pre-cooling the fruit beverage from the carbon dioxide gas supply source. A carbon dioxide gas blowing nozzle for blowing carbon dioxide gas into a fruit drink, a conversion valve for switching the fruit drink from a pre-cooling cooler to a carbon dioxide gas blowing nozzle or a service tank, a pressure regulator, a diaphragm, and a pressure switch, A surge tank that stores the fruit beverage from the final cooling plate cooler, a filling device that fills and caps the fruit beverage into which carbon dioxide gas has been blown from the surge tank, and a carbon dioxide gas supply source (power supply) that supplies the carbon dioxide gas blowing nozzle. It consists of a gas regulating solenoid valve that controls carbon dioxide gas, and a pressure switch detects changes in the gas pressure in the surge tank and operates the carbon dioxide regulating solenoid valve to control the amount of carbon dioxide gas blown into the tank. A carbonated beverage production device containing fruit needles, characterized in that the pre-chilled fruit beverage is returned to a service tank by operating a diversion valve.
