販売状況を記憶する1対のレジスタ群と、販売動作終了
に基づき一方のレジスタ群に今回の販売動作に係わる前
記検知状況及び販売状況を書込むと共に当該レジスタ群
の内容を他方のレジスタ群に移換するシフト制御回路と
、今回の販売動作に関してレジスタ群に記憶した前記検
知状況を看視する故障判定回路と、該故障判定回路の故
障判定により前記レジスタ群の内容を読取って記憶する
