By the way, as a technology prior to the present invention, a heat roll is arranged in the upper stage and a suction roll is arranged in the lower stage, and the two are in contact with each other, and the paper material is fed between them. Equipped with a male blade roll that meshes with the blade roll,
A metal foil is fed between the male and female rolls and cut at equal intervals by the male blade roll, and the cut pieces are adsorbed to the female blade roll and brought into contact with the suction roll, and transferred to the suction roll. There is a technique in which the cut piece is further transferred to the lower surface of the paper material and adhered thereto upon contact with the heat roll.

In the above-mentioned prior art, since the paper material is constantly pressed between the heat roll and the suction roll, unnecessary tension is applied to the paper material, and as a result, the ratio of the feed amount of the paper material to the rotation amount of the suction roll There is a tendency for the pitch of the perforations made by the cutters installed in the subsequent process to operate in synchronization with the suction rolls to be misaligned with the pitches for adhering the metal foil.

If the speed is further increased, errors are likely to occur in the cutting between the male and female rolls and in the suction of the suction roll, so there is a limit to the operating speed and high speed adhesion is difficult. Other problems include that it is difficult to adjust the suction position of the suction roll, and because the metal foil is adhered to the bottom surface of the paper material, it is likely to peel off and fall. The present invention solves the above problems, and will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

It communicates with the through hole 22 of. A closing rotating plate 23 arranged annularly around the outer periphery of the eccentric cam 16 is fixed to the open end of the through hole 22, and an opening 24 corresponding to the through hole 22 is bored in the fixed part. ing. On the other hand, a groove 26 having the same width as the diameter of the opening 24 of the rotary plate 23 is provided on one side of the suction passage section 25 which is attached to the frame 15 via a bracket 34 and arranged annularly around the outer periphery of the eccentric cam 16. is bored over about half the circumference, and the rotary plate 23 is in airtight sliding contact with the opening surface of the groove 26, and only while the opening 24 moves on the groove 26, the through hole 22 of the suction hole collecting member 21 is opened. The suction hole 19 of the adsorption member 12 is made to communicate with an external air suction passage 27 to create a negative pressure.

As will be described later, the sheet piece 28 cut by the cutting blade 10 is sucked onto the top surface of the suction member 12 at the same time as cutting.
Since it is necessary to release the suction when the sheet piece 28 comes into contact with the surface of the sheet B to be pasted due to the rotation of the cutter roll 5, the groove 26 of the suction passage section 25 is opened in the rotating plate 23 before the cutter roll 5 starts cutting. 24, and the formation position of the groove 26 is determined so that the opening 24 is removed from the groove 26 after the adsorption member 12 is located at the lowest position and the cut sheet piece 28 comes into contact with the sheet B to be pasted. ing.

In addition, in the figure, 29 is a fixing pin of the cutting blade 10, 30 is a long hole for attaching the fixing pin 29 formed on the back surface of the suction member 12, 3
1 is a closing plate for an air hole 32 provided in the through hole 22, and 33 is a bearing for the rotating shaft 9. Since the cutter roll 5 is constructed as described above, when the blade 10 cuts the adhesive sheet A fed onto the fixed blade 4, the opening 2 of the rotary plate 23 is cut.
4 coincides with the groove 26, and the suction hole 19 and the suction passage 27 communicate with each other, so that a negative pressure is created in the suction hole 19, and the cut sheet piece 28 is suctioned to the top surface of the suction member 12. The suction member 12 rotates downward as the cutter roll 5 rotates while adsorbing the cut sheet piece 28, but as described above, the suction member 12 rotates on the eccentric cam 16, so as it moves downward, It protrudes from the cutting edge of the cutting blade 10 at the lowest position, and comes into contact with the upper surface of the pasting sheet B in this state. On the other hand, the opening 24 of the rotary plate 23 is removed from the groove 26 at that point, and the suction hole 19 and the suction passage 27 are cut off, so the suction force of the suction hole 19 is lost, and the adhesive is bonded by the heat of the heat roll 6. The sheet piece 28 that generated the force is transferred to the upper surface of the sheet B to be pasted and is pasted.

Ideally, the suction force of the suction holes 19 should not be reduced until the moment when the cut sheet 28 comes into contact with the adhered sheet B, and should be reduced to zero immediately after the contact. Even if it does not become zero, if the adsorption force is reduced to some extent, the adhesive force of the adhesive and the pressing force of the heat roll 6 will sufficiently displace the cut sheet piece 28 onto the sheet B to be adhered and adhere it. can do.

However, if you are concerned that the adhesion may be incomplete, the heat roll 7 and presser roll 8 may be placed in the latter stage as shown in FIG.
If necessary, another set of heat rollers 7'' and presser rolls 8'' are arranged, and the spacing between these and the diameters of the presser rolls 8, 8'', which are protruded from the presser rolls 8, 8'' are determined. By appropriately selecting the height of the holding pieces 33, 33',
The sheet piece B temporarily fixed between the front and rear heat rolls 6 and cutter rolls 5 can be further pressed between these rolls to complete the adhesion. Next, in the actual implementation of the present invention, the cutting width of the cut sheet piece 28 and the sticking pitch thereof need to be different depending on the requirements. This can be easily changed by changing the feeding speed of the pasting sheet A and changing the amount fed onto the fixed blade 4. Moreover, the sticking pitch can be easily changed by selecting the feeding speed of the sheet B to be stuck or the size of the diameter of the cutter roll 5.

The effects of the invention of the method of the present invention are generally the same as the effects of the invention of the device described below, but in addition, the effects of the invention of the method are similar to those of the invention of the device described below, but in addition, the effects of the invention of the method are similar to those of the invention of the device described below. The sheet is cut into a predetermined size by rotation of the cutter roll 5, and at the same time the cut sheet piece 28 is cut by the cutter roll 5.
When the cut sheet piece 28 comes into contact with the sheet B to be pasted by the rotation of the roll 5, the suction is released, and the cut sheet piece 28 is transferred onto the sheet B to be pasted and pasted. The structural requirements including the temporal element of "doing" minimize the waste of time from cutting to pasting, and the high speed of continuous and evenly spaced cut sheet pieces 28 makes pasting possible. . Since the pasting sheet feeding mechanism and the cutter roll act independently of each other, and the cutting position and pasting position are separated, the cutting width of the cut sheet piece can be freely adjusted by changing the feeding speed of the feeding mechanism. can be changed to

Furthermore, the effect of the invention of the device of the present invention is that by disposing the cutter roll 5 at the end of the feeding mechanism for the pasting sheet A, the cutting can be performed more reliably and at a higher speed than in the prior art cutting by meshing male and female blade rolls. Moreover, since the cut sheet piece 28 is sucked into the cutter roll 5 at the same time as cutting and is directly transferred and pasted onto the sheet B to be pasted, there is less wasted time from cutting to pasting, and the process is highly efficient. It is possible to operate at higher speeds and increase efficiency.

Furthermore, since the cut sheet pieces 28 are pasted by instantaneous contact of the cutter roll 5 with the pasted sheet B,
Unnecessary tension is not applied to the adhered sheet B, and as a result, the pitch of the perforation insertion position and cutting position in the subsequent process matches well with the adhesion pitch of the cut sheet piece 28, and this irregularity is minimized. Its effectiveness is outstanding compared to the prior art, which is said to have drawbacks. Furthermore, in the present invention, since the cut sheet piece 28 is adhered to the upper surface of the adhered sheet B,
Another advantage is that there is no need to worry about natural falls.
