During nailing, the upper flat roofing material 1 is pressed against the upper end of the lower flat roofing material 1, causing the lower end to spring up, and the roofing material being deformed when the worker walks on it, as shown in Figure 1. They tend to have gaps, which can cause rainwater to blow in, or cause them to curl up due to the wind, resulting in poor appearance.

The present invention was made with the aim of solving these problems, and the lower end side, where rainwater flows down during roofing, has a vertical curvature so as to be convex toward the surface, and the upper end side has a curvature in the vertical direction so that it is convex toward the surface. By creating a structure with a vertical curvature that is concave toward the surface, it is possible to eliminate splashing after roofing, prevent rainwater from entering, and improve wind resistance. Furthermore, we provide a flat roofing material that has a good appearance after roofing and can prevent cracking caused by nailing. In addition, the flat roofing material is punched out before the material sheet hardens, and the protrusions and recesses are continuously formed vertically. By stacking and curing a plurality of uncured flat roofing materials on a curing pallet with a curved surface formed in the direction of The present invention provides a manufacturing method suitable for mass production that can manufacture a large number of flat roofing materials at once.

以下、本発明を第3図以下の実施例により詳述する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in FIG. 3 and below.

In Fig. 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a flat roofing material according to the present invention, such as an asbestos-cement board whose main components are fibers and cement. The roof is given a curvature in the vertical direction so as to be convex toward the roof, while the upper end side 1b, which is covered by the upper flat plate roofing material when the roof is roofed, is given a curvature in the vertical direction so as to be concave toward the surface.

Regarding the size of the curvature, in Fig. 9-b-FC, the warp height Hl of the lower end side 1a is about 0.5 to 3 degrees, and the warp height H2 of the upper end side 1b is the same. (0,5~3T

The flat roofing materials 1 having such a structure are assembled and roofed in the same manner as shown in Figure 2. When nailed to the roofing board, the lower end 1a, which is curved in the vertical direction, is approximately flat. It becomes flat and is sufficiently pressed against the flat plate roofing material 1 on the lower level, and there is no springing up at either end, and it is overlapped without any gaps.

Here, the upper end side 1b is curved with a curvature in the opposite direction, and the height of the warp on the lower end side 1a is lower than when the whole is made convex toward the surface with the same curvature, so by nailing the lower end side 1a Even if it becomes almost flat, the internal stress is small and cracking due to nailing is prevented.

On this curing pallet 3, a plurality of uncured flat roofing materials 1 punched out from a material sheet whose main components are fibers and cement before the material sheet hardens are stacked and sent to the curing process. As shown in FIG. 5, the flat plate roofing material 1 is made by stacking two branches facing each other so that the upper end sides 1b having corrugated upper ends are combined, and the upper end sides 1b,
lb is located above the concave portion 5b, and the lower end sides 1a and la are located above the convex portion 5a.

Dotted lines and diagonal lines in FIG. 5 indicate flat roofing materials. Therefore, the flat roofing material 1 that has undergone the curing process is finished in a shape in which the lower end 1a is convex toward the surface and the upper end 1b is concave, as shown in FIG.

Although the above-mentioned curing pallet 3 is shown as having convex portions and concave portions equivalent to two flat roofing materials, the size of the curing pallet 3 is not limited to the size of two flat roofing materials, and may be any size as necessary. It is possible to form convex portions and concave portions depending on the shape of the flat roofing material.

As described above, the present invention provides a vertical curvature so that the lower end where rainwater flows down when roofing is convex toward the surface, and the upper end where nails are driven is concave toward the surface. Since it has a curvature in the vertical direction, if the upper end of this flat roofing material is nailed to the sheathing board and multiple flat roofing materials are laid consecutively above and below the sheathing board, the curvature in the vertical direction will be The lower end of the roof, which curves upward, is pushed downward by the force of the nail's fixation to the sheathing board, becoming flat and coming into sufficient pressure contact with the upper surface of the lower flat roofing material, allowing the upper and lower flat roofing materials to be attached without any gaps. It can be installed to prevent rainwater from entering, as well as improve wind resistance and prevent it from turning over.Furthermore, the upper end of the flat plate roofing material is concavely curved, so it can be used to prevent rainwater from entering. When the entire roofing material is bent upward, the internal stress received during nailing is smaller than when using a trap, and the flat roofing material can be prevented from cracking due to nailing.

In addition, as a combined invention, two sheets of uncured flat roofing material are placed on a curing pallet having a curved surface formed in a continuous vertical direction with convex and concave portions such that the central portion has a concave portion and both sides have convex portions. They were stacked and cured so that the top and bottom sides of each layer were positioned above the concave and convex portions, respectively, so that in one stacked layer, the bottom side was a convex curved surface toward the surface, and the top side was curved toward the surface. Two flat plate roofing materials with concave curved surfaces can be created at the same time, and by stacking them in multiple stages and curing them, manufacturing flat roofing materials whose upper and lower end sides are formed with curved surfaces with opposite ratios. As a method, it is suitable for mass production.
