とするものである。The present invention has been developed in view of the drawbacks of conventional construction board materials as described above.
To provide a construction board material that has fire resistance and heat insulation properties, is relatively lightweight and easy to remove, and does not have the conventional difficulty of waterproofing at joints, and a construction method for its attachment. The board was made of vinyl material such as polyethylene, has appropriate elasticity, and is made of lightweight closed foam. A fireproof layer made of woven inorganic material such as glass or asbestos is integrally provided on the surface of a heat insulating layer with a large number of voids to form the main body, and steps for joining are provided on both sides of the main body, which can be turned from front to back. It is made of polyethylene, etc. as a material, has appropriate elasticity, and is made of lightweight closed foam, and the back side has a continuous uneven surface in cross section that allows water to pass through. A fireproof layer made of an inorganic material such as glass or asbestos is woven on the surface of a heat insulating layer with many voids. The main body is formed integrally with a main body, and the main body is formed with connecting steps on both sides of the main body, and the front and back directions are changed. Attachment holes are formed through the main body at appropriate locations, and the thickness of the main body is inserted into the holes. A cup-shaped mounting member having a height equivalent to that of the main body and fitting into the mounting hole and having a flange formed on the upper edge for locking is fitted, and the back surface of the main body is attached to the wall surface etc. to which it is to be attached. A fixing member such as a bottom plate of the mounting hole member and a screw nail is driven into the wall surface, and a heat insulating material, a water stop agent, etc. are filled in the mounting member.

A mounting member 6 made of metal or the like is fitted into the mounting hole 5 in a cup shape and has a flange 7 for locking the fireproof layer 3 on its upper edge, and the construction board material is pasted thereon. Apply to wall surface F etc.
The installation is completed by driving fixing tools such as nails 9 from the bottom plate 8 of the attachment member 6 into the wall surface, etc., and the attachment holes 5 provided in the construction board are usually kept in that state at the construction site. In addition, when driving fasteners such as nails 9, adhesive etc. should be used to ensure waterproofness, and
The attachment member 6 fitted into the attachment hole 5 has a force for press-fitting and fixing the hole-like material 10 obtained by punching the hole 50.

It is easy to handle because the plate material with the insulation layer can be made relatively lightweight, and since the voids for water passage are formed on the back side of the heat insulating layer, water etc. will not seep into the void side after construction. Even if there is a problem, the water can be guided downward, and since the joint part of the main body is formed into a stepped part and waterproofness is taken into consideration when joined, the main body is waterproof compared to conventional board materials of this type. Not only can it be easily constructed without impairing functionality, but it can also ensure sufficient waterproof functionality at the joints.

It is made of closed foam with appropriate elasticity, and the fireproof layer provided on its surface is also woven from an inorganic material, so it has appropriate flexibility as a whole and is suitable for curved surfaces and uneven areas. It can also be constructed without sacrificing the above advantages.

The shape is not limited to the groove shape, and any shape may be used as long as it can ensure a void that can guide the water present on the back surface of the heat insulating layer 1.
