ァスナの製造においては、以下に記載する方式が知られ
ている。

よつて作動するようになつている。な卦、本実施例に卦
いては、送り装置9としてシリンダを用いるものとして
示してあるが、電動機による巻取りでも良〈、また、停
止器10も図示のようにシリンダに限ることなく、ソレ
ノイド等によつて作動させることもできる。次ぎに、第
2図は本発明に卦ける一方の金型1の構造を示すもので
、その中央部に長手方向に設けられたランナキヤピイ1
2は、樹脂の充てんをシールするためにシールピン13
をしゆう動可能に有して卦り、このシールピン13の位
置によつて成形フアスナの長さtを決定することができ
るようにしてある。

連続定尺フアスナが製作される。本発明は、以上のよう
な構成及び作用を有するので、次ぎのような優れた各種
の効果が得られる。すなわち1.従来方式に卦いては必
髪とされていた後処理(自勤務歯除去装置→あるいは金
型交換等の工程が不要となるので、製造時間が短縮し、
製造価格も非常も低廉となること2.種々の定尺フアス
ナに対しても、金型は1組でシールピン、送りシリンダ
、停止器等のセツトだけで良いので、金型交換の手間が
かからず、また、金型は1組で良いので、金型の大きさ
は一定で、装置は大型化することのないこと3.シール
ピンの調整だけによつて無段長さの定尺フアスナが得ら
れること4.製品も成形と同時に完成するので、従来方
式に卦けるように、務歯の除去による除去部のテープの
激しい傷みを生ずることなく、高品質の製品が得られる
こと5.機構は極めて単純であり、全自動化が容易であ
るので、操作性が良〈、同時に保守・点検が容易である
こと6.従来の務歯除去方式だけによつて成形すること
のできた長尺フアスナが、容易に得られること等である

ことを特徴とする合成樹脂製定尺スライドファスナの成
形装置。 2 シールビンを一方の金型のランナキャビティ内にし
ゆう動可能に取付けた特許請求の範囲第1項記載の成形
装置。
