の問題点を解消するためになされたもので、コイルの巻
線作業と並行して容易にコイル間結線を行なえる巻線機
を提案するものである。

5の正転によつて導体と絶縁層間紙とを一層おきに巻き
取つて指定巻付数だけ巻付後、巻線を完了する。次に、
上記操作により巻き取つた各コイルの間に、今度はコイ
ル導体アンコイラ7,9,11から引き出した導体7a
,9a,11aを位置させ、その先端と、巻き取つたコ
イルの最内側の折曲部、すなわちコイル導体8aと7a
,10aと9a,12aと11aを半田付、ロウ付等で
結線する(第5図)。しかる後巻軸5を逆転させ、巻軸
5の正転時と同様に導体7a,9a,11aと絶縁層間
紙21とを一層おきに指定巻取数だけ巻取る。最後に、
第6図Bに示すように、これらの各コイルの巻き終り部
において、導体6aと7a,8aと9a,10aと11
aを半田付、ロウ付等で結線すれば、7セクシヨンに分
割したコイルの巻き付け、およびコイル間の結線が終了
する。第7図は、このコイルの結線図を示すもので、符
号3は結線部を示す。なお、第6図Aは、コイル導体が
丸線または平角線である場合の接続状態を示すものであ
る。上記実施例では、各コイルを構成するコイル導体と
絶縁層間紙とを別々のアンコイラ6〜12と6A〜12
Aとに分けてあるが、予めコイル導体と絶縁層間紙とを
貼着してある絶縁コイル導体を使用すれば、一方のアン
コイラが不要になることは勿論である。

と巻き終りを隣接コイル間で接続すべくなしたことを特
