として使用する場合、それを射出成形することが必須と
なる。従来強化プラスチックの・射出成形品を得るには
、プレス機(型締め機)の部分に固設した金型に射出成
形機を対応させておき、型締めした金型に対して射出成
形機から射出して成フ形し、成形品を冷却固化させたの
ち金型を開放して取り出す方法を採つていた。これによ
ると、金型工程のうち一工程のみ各機器が作動すること
からこれら機器の稼動率は低いことになり、換言すれば
成形能率低下ないしは生産性低下の原因ともワ なつて
いた。したがつて金属のプレス加工と比較すれば、プラ
スチックの成形加工は生産性が相当低く、このため前記
目的達成のためにはプラスチック成形加工を高速化して
その生産性を高めることが望まれる。0 本発明はこの
ような状況下でなされたものであり、以下その実施例を
第1図〜第4図に基づき説明する。

15は、環状体1の内側及び外側において架台3から立
設した一対の支柱16,17と、これら支柱16,17
の上端間に亘つて支持されて環状体1の上方に位置し且
つ金型取付けプレート14を受止め可能な受け部材18
と、台板11の下面に接当してこれを持土げ可能なピス
トン19とからなり、前記支柱16,17と受け部材1

の1対の油圧シリンダおよびユニツトが取付けられてお
り、該ユニツトにより金型の開閉状態でのセルフロツク
が行なえる。このように金型10の間歇回転停止時にお
いて各作業部は一挙に作業を行なう。上記実施例ではプ
レス機15、コンペヤ装置24を複数の金型停止位置の
一つに設けたものを説明したが、第4図に示すように1
80度対称位置に配設することも可能であり、さらに冷
却経路を充分に取れるのであれば120度おきや90度
おきなど任意に変更し得る〇以上述べたごとく本発明に
よれば、環状体を間歇回転させると共に間歇的にプレス
機を作動させることによりプラスチツクシートを次々と
量産できることはもらろんのこと、ブラスチツクシート
の圧縮成形時には、ピストンを突上げて金型を受け部材
に押付けるものであり、環状体によつて金型を搬送する
形式であるにもかかわらず、圧縮成形の押付力は環状体
にまつたく作用しない。
