It has been proposed to press the object, then raise the stopper, and then move the presser as a whole while moving the conveyor, thereby transporting the object rearward.

゜The stopper rises at the same time as the presser is pressed down and allows the presser to move downward (transfer), but it descends and returns to the stopper action position only when the presser that has moved backwards. Since this is after the stopper has been raised and returned to its proper position, the time in the non-operating position becomes long, which poses a problem in terms of efficiency.

実施例を第1図〜第7図に基づいて説明する。Note that when the stopper is in the non-operating position, it is possible to send out several resin bags, but since the delivered resin bags are not received by the stopper, they will be uneven, and the intended purpose of alignment will not be achieved. However, it is not possible to reliably carry out stacking. When a newly delivered resin bag is received by a stopper while the conveyor is moving, the resin bag becomes wavy due to friction with the moving conveyor, and proper stacking cannot be expected. The present invention provides a method and apparatus for stacking and transferring resin bags that can solve the above-mentioned problems, and one embodiment thereof will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7.

図に示す移送形態も可能である。FIG. 1 shows a state in which resin bags manufactured by the bag-making machine and intermittently delivered are received. That is, the stopper 5 is in the receiving position with its lower end abutting against the pedestal 3, and the extrusion device 16 is in the non-operating position. The clamping device 7 has moved forward most due to the extension of the cylinder devices 13A and 13B, and the receiving plate 9 has been positioned below the pedestal 3, and the holding plate 12 has moved upward to the non-clamping position.
is positioned at the upper blade of the receiving plate 9 through the comb tooth space 6. In this state, the resin bags are intermittently delivered one after another and are stacked up while being received by the stopper 5. For example, when the predetermined number of stacked sheets is 100 sheets, the clamp device 7 is pressed from the bag making machine side when sending out every 10 sheets or when pushing out every 20 sheets.
An activation signal is issued, and the presser plate 12 is lowered and raised each time this signal is issued. Due to the pressure caused by this downward movement, air is removed from the already stacked stacks and the stacks are tidyed up, thereby facilitating subsequent stacking. However, if it is normal to stack a predetermined number of stacks at once, this operation is omitted.
The cylinders 8A and 8B of the clamp device 7 are moved to contract in response to a signal sent out a predetermined number of times, and as shown in FIG. Clamp from above and below. At this time, the stacked resin bags 15 enter the comb tooth space 6 and are received by the receiving plate 9. At this time, the stopper 5 has been raised to the non-receiving position. Next, both cylinder devices 13A and 13B are moved to contract,
As shown in FIG. 5, the stacked resin bags 15 are pulled out from above the pedestal 3. At this time, the stopper 5 is lowered and comes into contact with the upper surface of the stacked resin bag 15 that is being drawn out, so that the newly delivered resin bag is received by the stopper 5. Although the stacked resin bag 15 being pulled out and the new resin bag come into sliding contact, the new resin bag is not disturbed because the resin surfaces are mutual. Completely pull out the stacked resin bags 15 as shown in FIG.
The first stage contraction of both cylinder devices 13A and 13B is stopped in the state where they are placed on top. At the same time as this stop, the pressing device 16
is activated, and the presser 18 presses and holds the rear part of the stacked resin bags 15 between it and the conveyor 14. Furthermore, at this time, the cylinders 8A and 8B extend, and the holding plate 12 moves upward to release the clamping, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. Next, the cylinder devices 13A and 13B are contracted in a second stage, and as a result, as shown in FIG.
The front part is stacked on the rear part of the stacked resin bag 15 placed above. At the time of this fall, the rear part is the pressing device 16
Since the stacked resin bags 15 are held under pressure by
There is no disturbance. Next, the pressing device 16 is returned to the non-pressing position as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 7, and then the conveyor 14 is moved by a predetermined pitch P. The clamping device 7 is then moved forward by the extension of the cylinder devices 13A, 13B and returned to the position shown in FIG. 1 again. Note that the series of operations described above are controlled by an electric circuit including measuring equipment and the like. As shown in FIG. 8, the clamp device 7 includes a connecting plate 19 attached between both cylinder devices 13A and 13B, a plurality of opening/closing drive devices 20 attached to this connecting plate 19, and a plurality of opening/closing drive devices 20 attached to the opening/closing drive devices 20. A configuration consisting of a pair of upper and lower clamp arms 21A and 21B that are moved to open and close can also be adopted. According to this configuration, since the lower clamp arm 21B passes through the comb tooth space 4 and moves to the clamping position, it is possible to reduce the sliding resistance that occurs between the stacked resin bags 15 and the pedestal 3 during withdrawal. In the above embodiment, the conveyor 14
Above, a state in which a part of the next stacked resin bag 15 overlaps with the preceding stacked resin bag 15 was shown, but this can be done by ensuring a sufficient predetermined pitch of the conveyor 14.
The transport configuration shown in the figure is also possible.

Since this can be done later and while new stacking is being done on the pedestal, stacking can be done more efficiently than in a method in which stacking is carried out after the clamping device is restored. Furthermore, stacking is performed on a pedestal, and a predetermined number of stacked resin bags are transferred to a conveyor and then stored as the conveyor moves, so the newly stacked resin bags are not affected in any way when the conveyor moves. , both can be expected to operate smoothly. Furthermore, the operation of removing the clamping device from the stacked resin bags on the conveyor is performed by moving the clamping device further down while the rear part of the stacked resin bags is held between the pressing device and the conveyor. This can be done without disturbing the bag. In addition, according to the resin bag stacking apparatus of the present invention, the method of the present invention can be carried out easily and reliably.
