とを目的とするものである。Printing machines are generally used as output devices for electronic computers. The continuous paper used in this printing machine has creases formed at predetermined intervals, and the continuous paper discharged from the printing machine is folded and stacked on a paper holder according to the creases. The stacked sheets are then dropped into a sheet take-out section located below the sheet holder and taken out of the apparatus. As a means for dropping the piled paper, it is generally used that the paper holder is configured to double-open downward, and the paper is dropped when the paper holder is opened. However, in the conventional paper stacker device having such a function, as shown in Fig. 1, the continuous paper 1
Since the opening width B of the paper holder is larger than the width A of the paper holder, when the paper falls, it is exposed to external factors such as air resistance and wind that occur as the paper falls, as shown by the dotted arrow A. This has the disadvantage that the paper may fall to a different position than the desired position, or the paper that has been piled up may be misaligned, and the paper may be damaged when the paper is taken out. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an inexpensive paper stacker that allows stacked papers to fall to a desired position without being hindered by external factors.

うことができる。The paper holders 2 and 2' have a structure that double-opens downwards around shafts 4 and 4', respectively, and the guides 3 and 3' regulate the sides of the stacked paper 1 and prevent the stacked paper from falling. It is designed to curve in the direction of fall, and is different from conventional guides in that its tip, i.e., the lower end, is narrowed inward below the closed surface of paper trays 2 and 2'. It is different from This narrowed opening width is smaller than the width A of the stacked paper 1, and the guides 3 and 3/ have a structure that does not prevent the paper holders 2 and 21 from opening double-folded. It is desirable that the guides 2 and 2' and the guides 3 and 3' are formed in a comb shape. When the paper 1 to be stacked with the above structure is dropped into the paper take-out section, if the paper holders 2 and 2/ are opened double-folded, the paper 1 will bend downward along the inwardly inclined surface of the guides 3 and 3/. In other words, it falls in a downwardly protruding state. Stacked paper in such a curved state has less resistance when falling, and is therefore less susceptible to the effects of wind pressure, etc. while falling, and moreover, when it reaches the paper take-out section, the curved part arrives first. As a result, misalignment of paper after arrival is also significantly reduced.
That is, after the paper falls, the paper is stably dropped and placed at the required position. In the above explanation, the lower end of the guide is inclined inward to bend the paper in the middle of the paper falling path, but of course the same effect can be achieved even if such an inclined part is provided separately from the guide. As is clear from the above description, a guide for bending the paper in the falling direction is provided separately from the double-opening paper holder, and the paper can be bent regardless of whether the paper holder is opened or closed.
