負荷が集中するため故障を生じやすい不便があつた。As shown in Fig. 1, in a conventional aerosol spray container, a vertically movable stem with a push button at the upper end is attached to a spring hook, passing through a valve housing provided on the lower surface of a top plate that fits over the upper edge of the container. The valve mechanism is configured to close the flow path leading to the injection hole of the push button via a valve mechanism consisting of a rubber ring that is always pushed up and fitted to the stem, but this structure is complex and expensive to manufacture. It was also inconvenient that the load was concentrated from the bottom of the stem to the rubber ring during operation, making it more likely to break down.
そこで第2図に示するよな噴射装置も考えられた。Therefore, an injection device as shown in FIG. 2 was also considered.

This push button member 2 is fixedly erected by inserting and tightening its base end into the center hole of the top plate 1, and a liquid absorbing and closing member 4 is fitted and fixed inside. With this configuration, when the top plate 1 is attached to the spray container and used, the inner circumferential surface of the push button member 2 and the circumferential surface of the liquid suction tube-cum-closing member 4 are always in close contact with each other to close the injection hole 3. However, when the top surface of the push button member 2 is pressed down,
The circumferential surface of the push button member 2 expands outward, and a gap is created between it and the liquid suction pipe/closing member 4. As a result, the chemical solution filling the inner part of the push button member 2 is directed to the injection hole through the gap. It can be ejected from 3. Next, FIG. 3 shows a modification of FIG. 2, in which the liquid suction pipe 4' is not directly attached to the inside of the push button member 2' installed upright on the top plate 1', and the upper end A cap-shaped closing member 5' made of a closed hard material is inserted.

With this configuration, when the top surface of the push button member 2' is pressed down, the circumferential surface of the push button member 2 expands outward, and the medicinal liquid is released.

Since this is carried out at the stepped portion 6 located at a lower position, there is an advantage that the above-mentioned rolling down can be performed without pushing from directly above. In the example shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the injection holes 3 and 3' are provided in a soft part, so there is a risk of deformation during rolling, so the injection holes should be made slightly vertical in advance. It is necessary to consider the following. FIG. 4 shows a practical example of the present invention, and shows an example in which a closing member that comes into pressure contact with the inside of the push button member is provided on the push button member side.

In this practical example, the top of the push button member 2'' is separate. It is formed by sandwiching a metal or hard resin top member 5'', and a closing member 7'' with a bulging edge at the lower end is sandwiched in a vertical hole 6'' formed through the top member 5'', leaving a passage 8''. ある。FIG. 4C shows a case where the closure member 7'' and the top member 5'' are made integrally. In the present invention shown in FIG. 4, the injection holes 3'' are provided in the top member 5'' which is a hard body, so there is no risk of deformation. In other words, in the case of Figures 1 and 2, since the injection holes 3 and 3' are provided in the soft part, they will deform into a slightly horizontally elongated state when rolled down, so it is necessary to make the injection holes slightly vertically in advance. However, in the case of this invention shown in FIG. 4, the strength of the rolling blade, the degree of tilting in the rolling direction, etc. can be taken into account. As explained above, the structure of this invention is extremely simple and can be manufactured at low cost.In addition, since the push button member is fixed to the top plate compared to conventional lift buttons, there is no risk of breakage, etc., and the injection hole is fixed. It has many advantages, such as no deformation and reliable operation of the device.
