Description

本発明は下端を加熱溶着密封してなる合成樹脂薄膜筒に
食品を収容し、収容した食品の上部薄膜筒を偏平筒状に
張出させ、同偏平筒状張出部と食品収容部との中間部を
絞つて同偏平筒状部の下部を逆3角形状に形成し、同逆
3角形状部の下端部の若干下部に紐又はテープを巻回し
て絞り部を形成し、その後上記逆3角形状部の中程を横
方向に切断溶着密封する工程よりなる食品きんちやく包

筒4は食品8の自重によつて下降して台板9上に支持さ
れる(第1図)。この状態において上記偏平筒状張出部
10と食品収容部11との中間部を互に直交させた絞り
杆12、13によつて上下2個所を絞り、上部の絞り杆
12、13による絞り部を下端部14とする逆3角形状
部15が上記偏平筒状部10の下方に形成される。そし
て上記下端部14の若干下部に紐を巻回して結び付け或
は粘着テープ16を巻回してこれを止着して絞り部17
を形成する。この状態において上記逆3角形状部15の
中程を横方向溶断線aに沿つて電熱線によつて溶断によ
り切断すると切断部は加熱溶着18により密封される。
上記電熱線の上下部に密封用加熱帯を配置して電熱線に
よる溶断と同時に溶断部の上下部に加熱溶着密封部3、
19(第2図実線、第4図仮想線および第7図)を形成
しても良い。上記溶断後絞り杆12、13を開くと上記
逆3角形状部15の下部は第1図実線で示す位置から同
図仮想線状態に拡大し、その拡大に伴う側縁15’、1
5’の伸長によつて溶断縁18’は上向に彎曲し複数の
直立皺20によつて絞り部17の上部は鎖状に直立する
(第4図参照)。従来の食品きんちやく包装法では収容
食品の上部を絞つて絞り部を紐又はテープ等で止着し上
端を開口させたまま包装工程を終了したためきんちやく
包装食品は上端開口部から腐敗菌、雑菌、塵埃、虫或は
汚水等が進入し易く長期保存に適し得ない食品包装であ
つた。本発明は上述の方法によつたので上縁が溶着密封
18されて腐敗菌、雑菌、塵埃、虫或は汚水等の進入の
おそれがなく長期保存に適するばかりでなく絞り部17
の上部が偏平な鰭状21に形成され、密封18された溶
断縁18′が上向に彎曲しかつ複数の縦皺20の上端が
同密封部18に溶着固定されて上記鰭状部分21を直立
状態に保持し得て同鰭状部分21を手でつかみ易く包装
