[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing decorative veneer in which a decorative veneer with a wood grain pattern is created by processing and rolling a material veneer, and its purpose is to improve crack resistance and other properties. We aim to widely provide a manufacturing method for decorative veneers with improved physical performance, thereby contributing to the development of this industry.

Conventionally, when creating this type of decorative veneer, a large number of material veneers of a predetermined size obtained by rotary cutting raw wood are laminated with adhesive interposed between them, and then the material is laminated at 15 Ky/i or more from the top and bottom. Compressing at a pressure of 25 to 9/crti and curing the adhesive to form a flitch;
The flitch was then sliced into thin pieces to obtain a decorative veneer with a wood grain pattern.

尚、上述した従来技術に近似した具体的技術例としては

A specific example of a technique similar to the above-mentioned conventional technique is ``Method for manufacturing a decorative veneer'' disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 49-48807.

However, the decorative veneer obtained by the above-mentioned conventional manufacturing method has poor crack resistance and is prone to cracking due to slight environmental changes or during processing in the next step.

This is because the main purpose of forming the flitch is to allow the adhesive to harden smoothly.

Furthermore, as a prior art example of the present invention, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 54-2309
There is a "method for manufacturing plywood" disclosed in the publication,
This technique involves [temporarily tightening with a hot platen pressure of 2 to 5 K9/crlt to actively bond the adhesive and powder, then completely removing the hot platen pressure to open the gap between the hot plates and air drying to soften the material. Rapidly evaporate and dehydrate the excess water of 7 to 12 to 9
The plywood manufacturing method is disclosed in detail, "Final tightening is strongly applied with AO hot plate pressure to gradually heat cure the adhesive and powder affinity," but its purpose is to tighten the intermediate product after temporary bonding. This is an improved control method for processing during hot pressing using a hot press, and it is completely different in purpose, structure, and effect from the decorative veneer manufacturing method in which flitches that have been pressed and integrated are cut into thin pieces. This can be said to be an example of prior art that is completely different from the main objective of the present invention, which is to improve the crack resistance of decorative veneers.
