見地から問題であった。On the other hand, electrostatic precipitators and mechanical precipitators that remove dust from exhaust gas have difficulty collecting dust that tends to stick due to the influence of these resins or discharged products during normal operation. In order to avoid corrosion of the casing etc. due to low-temperature gas, it is common to stop the operation of the dust collector and bypass the exhaust gas to discharge it. Therefore, the dust-containing gas is directly dissipated into the atmosphere, causing pollution. This was a problem from a prevention standpoint.

Here, the exhaust gas containing resin and decomposition products generated from the incinerator is incinerated at a high temperature of 800°C or higher and then sent to the dust collector, making the exhaust gas odorless and reducing the amount of resin in the dust collector. This solves the problem of dust sticking and makes it possible to collect dust at night when the incinerator is not operating, which is more effective from the standpoint of pollution prevention.

Since the temperature can be easily controlled at 10°C, the inside of the electrostatic precipitator can be maintained at a temperature that allows charging even when the incinerator is shut down at night, making it easy to charge the electrostatic precipitator early and solving the problem of low-temperature corrosion.
