【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、食品等を必要に応じてその都度、容易に真
空包装する装置に関するものである。

この場合の真空包装は、生肉等を合成樹脂袋体に収容し
て内部の空気を排除し袋体口縁を熱封着するだけのもの
であるから、装置の作顧駁わずかな不具合があつても封
入食品の保存性を急速に低下させるおそれがある。従来
、使用されているこの種の真空包装装置は、第8図に示
すように主体上面に、空気吸引管5’の先端を上下から
挾んで一方を可動、他方を固定とした挾止杆6’、6’
ならびに空気吸引管5’より前方に位置して同じく上下
に熱シール板T’、7’が各設られ、使用に当つては(
1)所要の食品を収容した袋体a’をその開口部を空気
吸引管5’の先端に嵌装して主体上に載置し(第8図A
)、(2)次いで上下挾止杆6’、6’で袋体a’口縁
を空気吸引管5’と共に上下から挾んで圧締保持し(第
8図B)、(3にの状態で空気吸引管5″の基端に連な
る真空ポンプを作動して袋体a′内の空気を吸引したの
ち、熱シール板7″,7″で挟圧して袋体a″口縁を熱
接着し(第8図C)、(4)熱シール板7″,7″およ
