Conventionally, this type of device uses a combination of the jetting force of a treating liquid jetting unit and the mechanical rotational force (winch) of a reel, etc. to circulate and rotate the treated fabric. It must be set appropriately, and if the setting value is inappropriate, there will be a large speed difference between the fabric transfer speed and the reel rotation peripheral speed, especially in the reel part, resulting in slipping. Furthermore, the treatment liquid contained in the fabric, which acts as a lubricant, is squeezed out at that part, making the fabric surface susceptible to damage.

If the set values are extremely inappropriate, or if the pump or other equipment malfunctions for some reason, there will be trouble transporting the fabric, which will get tangled with the reel and require a complete stop of the device. .

The present invention solves the above-mentioned difficulties, and in particular,
The purpose is to provide a device that can stably transfer the fabric without using a mechanical drive reel, namely, a transfer pipe that transfers the fibers (hereinafter referred to as treated fabric) in a straight state and a retention tank that transfers the fibers in a meandering state. A ring-shaped treated fabric transfer passage is formed by connecting the two, and an endless treated fabric is installed in the passage, and the treatment liquid is fed from the retention tank to a fabric provided at the upstream end of the transfer pipe via a pump. In a device that is configured to be circulated by pressure feeding to a spraying section, there is provided, at the outlet of the retention tank, a lifting slope for the treated fabric that extends obliquely upward in the liquid-free area beyond the level of the retained liquid in the tank. At the same time, at the end of the pulling slope part 7, a treatment liquid spraying part 3a for pulling up the fabric is provided as the spraying part 3b, in addition to the fabric feeding spraying part 3b provided at the upstream end of the transfer pipe. This is characterized in that they are disposed close to each other in the same jetting direction so as to urge the movement of the fabric.

次に添付図面に基づいてこの発明の詳細な説明する。Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the accompanying drawings.

18 is a drain valve, and 19 is a water supply valve. In addition, T is a fabric connected in an endless manner, and in the retention tank 1, the liquid is transferred to the outlet side in a meandering manner while being accumulated, and is sprayed from the processing liquid spraying parts 3a and 3b at the outlet part 4. The upward slope part 7 is pulled up by the flow.

In this invention, as described above, a slope part 7 for pulling up the treated fabric is formed at the outlet of the retention tank and extends diagonally upward from the liquid-free area beyond the level of the accumulated liquid in the tank. The pulling tension that is pulled up from above can be reduced, and the treated fabric can be transferred at a speed of up to 800 m/min without making the liquid jet too strong, making it possible to stabilize the fabric speed without damaging even very delicate textile products. It is possible, and moreover, in addition to the fabric feeding injection section 3b provided at the end of the lifting slope section 7 at the upstream end of the transfer pipe, a processing liquid injection section 3a for pulling up the fabric is provided in close proximity to the injection section 3b, and the injection section 3a and the injection section 3b are injected together. Since the directions are set to be the same so as to urge the movement of the fabric, the flow rate control valves 15 and 16 can be operated to further increase the fabric transfer speed even for all types and textures of textile products. It has the characteristics of being stable, highly efficient, and providing good dyeing and processing results.
