に下端面を突出テーパ面2とし、この突出テーパ面2に
波形板1の凹凸条1aの凹凸深さに適合する深さの嵌合
凹凸条3を設けた雄型4と、該雄型4の突出テーパ面2
に適合する陥入テーパ面5を上端面中央に設け、この陥
入テーパ面5に前記雄型4の嵌合凹凸条3に適合する受
凹凸条6を設け、且つ陥入テーパ面5の上端縁両側に波
形板載置画1を形成した雌型8とより成る波形板の折曲
装置(特公昭51=14986号)が開発されたが、こ
の折曲装置は以下に述べるような欠点があり、特に折曲
内側になる凸条の巾がせまく間隔が広い形状の波形板に
おいては、その欠点が顕著にあられれるので、その使用
を許容し得ないものである。即ち上記折曲装置は、第2
図の如く波形板1の凹凸条1aを雌型8の波形板載置面
Tよりも上方に突出する受凹凸条6に適合して載置した
後、雄型4の嵌合凹凸条3を波形板1の凹凸条1aに適
合させて所要の圧力で押圧下降して、第3図及び第4図
に示す如く波形板1を雌型8の陥入テーパ面5にしたが
つて折曲するものであるが、その際波形板1の凹凸条1
aは雄型4の嵌合凹凸条3と雌型8の受凹凸条6によつ
て挾持拘束されるので、波形板1の凹条は雄型4の凸条
に押されて雌型8の陥入テーパ面5の底に向つて延展す
ることになり、また波形板1の凸条の折曲部には多大な
しわが寄り、該折曲部附近の板厚に極端な差が生ずると
共にその部分の凹凸条1aの角部に亀裂が入つたりする
という欠点があつて、使用できるものではない。
