The press device includes a lower die 2 which is in a fixed state, and an upper die 1 which is connected to the lower die 2 by a connecting member 11 and can move up and down, and a punch 4 attached to the upper die 1 and a punch 4 attached to the lower die 2. die 5

Drill a hole in the hole. Generally, 1.5 of the plate thickness is used for steel plates of ln or less.
A 40-50 ton press that drills holes with ~2 times the diameter is 10
The machine is operated at a high speed of about 00 revolutions per minute, and the processed thin metal plate 3 is discharged to the right in FIG. At this time, in order to maintain the life of the punch 4 and the die 5 as cutting edges, cutting oil is dripped onto the metal plate 3 from the oil supply device 10, and the scrap is absorbed downward by the suction device 8. ing. FIG. 2 shows the shearing process, in which the punch 4 descends from the state shown in FIG. 2a to perform shearing, and in FIG.

Since the outer dimensions of the scrap 9 that has been sheared and separated at this time are approximately the same as the inner diameter of the cutting edge of the die 5, it lightly contacts the inner wall 5b of the hole 5a of the die 5 and is unlikely to fall downward immediately. For this reason, due to the adhesive force of the cutting oil between the punch 4 and the scrap 9 and the negative pressure accompanying the upward movement of the punch 4, sometimes the scrap 9 floats up together with the punch 4 as shown in Fig. 2c. This has the disadvantage that this may occur, causing problems in the feeding of the thin metal plate 3, and making it impossible to foresee a complete stoppage of the press process. 25 To deal with this, the suction device 8 is used to absorb the squirrel scrap 9 from the bottom of the lower mold 2, but the above-mentioned situation still tends to occur when the number of shear points increases or the mold becomes larger. It was hot.

Note that parts that are the same as those in the conventional example are given the same numbers, and their explanations will be omitted. In FIG. 3, T is an impression punch provided on the lower mold 5, and a conical or 35-pyramid punch portion Ta protruding from the upper surface of the lower mold 5 is provided at the tip thereof.
The printing punch 7 is located before the above-mentioned shearing process,
A coining process is performed on the back side of the portion of the thin metal plate 3 that is to become the scrap 9, as shown in FIG. 4a. Thin metal plate 3 has a thickness of 1
Materials such as thick plates of 1 liter or less and brass plates were selected, and Fig. 4a
As shown in the figure, the distance A between the planned shearing line and the base of the punch part is set to be approximately - the thickness of the plate, and the maximum depth of the recess 9a formed by the coining force is set to be approximately - the thickness of the plate. It is set so that -. The recess 9 is formed by the printing punch 7.
The thin metal plate 3 having the shape a formed therein is sheared as shown in FIG. 4b by the same shearing process as described above.

At this time, the portion of the scrap 9 that has formed the recess 9a due to the moment M generated by the shear force F and the clearance h is
In response to the deformation force in the direction, the side pressure on the inner wall 5b of the hole 5a of the die 5 is increased. and with increased lateral pressure,
As shown in Fig. 4c, when the punch 4 is raised, even if a lifting force is exerted on the scrap 9 due to the adhesive force of the oil film or negative pressure, the scrap 9 does not move upward, and the shearing process is continuous and stable. It is done as follows. As mentioned above, in the method for removing scraps in press working according to the present invention, a recess is formed by coining punching before one step of shearing, and the scrap is deformed so that it is pressed against the inner wall of the die by side pressure during shearing. Therefore, even if the contact surface of the punch to the thin metal plate is flat, the scrap does not float up from the die as in the conventional case, and stable scrap removal can be performed.
Since the contact surface of the punch is flat, there is no need to use a specially shaped punch, and the edge of the punch can be easily polished, which is economical.

In addition, the cutting edge of a punch can be flat, so when a conventional punch has a shear corner on the cutting edge, if the shear corner is too large, the material escapes through the die or bends significantly. It does not have such drawbacks.

Therefore, according to the present invention, a remarkable effect is achieved in that the operating efficiency of the press equipment is attempted to be improved.
