Alternatively, the smaller the radius of curvature, the stronger the deformation distortion of the extruded shape, which results in the problem that a curved shape with a good appearance cannot be obtained.

。Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to curve an extruded shape having a hollow or nearly hollow space so as to have a good appearance without deforming or distorting it. The production method has been specially devised. That is, in the method of the present invention, a plurality of extrusion-molded sections having arbitrary shapes are slidably fitted into each other to form an auxiliary member in an integrally connected state, and the auxiliary members are connected in the direction of connection. Both ends are slidably fitted and connected within the space of the base material extruded to have an arbitrary cross-sectional shape, and the auxiliary material is bent around the center of curvature extending in the connection direction of the auxiliary material. This method is characterized in that the material and the base material are curved using the width of each fitting connection portion.

Fitting grooves 4 and 5 are provided on the inner surface, respectively. Two auxiliary members 6 and T are fitted and inserted into the space 1 of the base material A, and a protrusion that fits and locks into the groove 4 is provided at the end of the auxiliary member 6 facing the side wall 2. A protruding piece 9 is provided at the opposite end of the side wall 3 of the auxiliary member 1 to fit and lock into the groove 5, and both auxiliary members 6 and T are fitted and connected at the opposite end. This is achieved by the provided fitting groove 10 and fitting protrusion 11, and both auxiliary materials 6, T
are adapted to be able to slide against each other at this fitting connection portion. The auxiliary members 6 and T connected to each other in this way
The auxiliary materials 6, 1 and the base material A are integrally connected by fitting and inserting them into the hollow space 1 of the base material A. Both the groove 4 and the protruding piece 9 of the auxiliary material T and the groove 5 are slidable.

Therefore, each of the auxiliary members 6 and 7 has concentric curved center lines Yl and Y2, respectively, as shown in FIG.
tend to curve along their respective center lines Yl and Y2, but the fact that the curvature radii of the auxiliary members 6 and 7 are different and that they are interconnected and in an integral state combine to cause each The auxiliary members 6 and 1 interlock with each other and curve while sliding at their respective fitting connection portions.

Therefore, since these auxiliary materials 6 and 7 are fitted and connected to the base material A, the auxiliary materials 6 and r in an integrally connected state are facing each other in the space 1 of the base material A. In addition to reinforcing the side walls 2 and 3, the expansion and contraction of the side walls 2 and 3 is restricted so that they follow only the sliding direction of the respective fitting connection portions.

Moreover, although FIGS. 4 to 6 show other curved shaped members, FIG. 4 shows the auxiliary members 6, 1 fitted and connected in the space 1 of the base material A having a circular cross section as a hollow member. )
FIG. 5 shows a base material A having a nearly hollow space 1 with three auxiliary members 6, 7, and 12 fitted and connected; FIG. , 12, in order to prevent the central auxiliary member 12 from sagging, the auxiliary member 12 is provided with supporting pieces 13 and 14 that abut against the upper and lower walls.

ある。As described above, in the method of the present invention, the plurality of integrally connected auxiliary members fitted and connected within the space of the base material reinforce and restrict expansion and contraction during the bending process of the base material, so that deformation is achieved. This makes it possible to provide a curved shape that is free from distortion and has a good appearance.
