。The end faces 1a and Ib of the yoke 1 are formed as shown in Fig. 2. After the yoke 1 is formed into a cylindrical shape from sheet metal, the end faces 1a and lb are butted against each other, and a recess is formed in the upper part of the butt part. The conventional connection between the end faces 1a and Ib of the yoke 1 is performed as described above, by melting the welding material 2, welding it, and fixing it.
In this method, the welding material 2 is melted using electricity, gas, etc. to connect the end faces 1a and Ib, so the processing process is separate from the press forming process, and the welding material 2 is also used, so it is not expensive. I was getting used to it. This invention was made in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional ones as described above, and includes a concavo-convex fastening portion formed in a portion of each end face of the yoke and capable of fitting into each other, and a convex-concave fastening portion that can be fitted into each other. Flat parts are formed in series and can be brought into close contact with each other by fitting the respective fastening parts, and each end face of the yoke is fixed by caulking with the uneven parts of the respective fastening parts, and the flat parts are made waterproof by the close contact with each other. The purpose of this invention is to provide an inexpensive and reliable method for forming a yoke for a motor.

という効果がある。As shown in FIG. 4, after the yoke 1 is formed into a cylindrical shape from a plate material, the end surfaces lc and ld of the yoke 1 are fitted together, and the tightening portions 3 and 4 of the concave and convex portions of each other are fitted. is calmed down.
At the same time, the flat parts 5 and 6 are also brought into close contact with each other, and the respective end faces lc and Id are fixed. Therefore, in this embodiment, since welding is not required, there is no need to use welding material or welding equipment, and the cost is reduced.
, 1d, the connection means is extremely easy. Furthermore, since the flat parts 5 and 6 are brought into close contact with each other, airtightness is maintained when the motor is assembled into the motor, and water can also be prevented from entering the motor. As described above, in the present invention, on each end face of the plate material, uneven joints are formed in a part of the end face and can be attached to each other. A flat part is provided, and each end face is fixed by caulking with the uneven parts of the joint part, and the flat part is made to be waterproof by adhering to each other, so complicated welding methods are not required. Therefore, it can be manufactured easily and inexpensively, and when assembled into an electric motor, it can have an airtight structure, and a highly accurate electric motor can be obtained.
