され、その内部は薬液タンク6’を兼用しており、前記
薬液導入管Tとの間を可撓性の導管8を介して連通され
ている。薬液導入管Tの出口端7’には、針弁等の絞り
調節弁9が設けられ、そのつまみ9’を回転調節すると
薬液の流入量を調節することができるようになされてい
る。こうして、前記柄部6内の薬液は導管8及び薬液導
入管Tを通して、絞り調節弁9により所定量づつヘツド
主体2内へ供給され、前記刷毛部材4に浸透し、その表
面張力等によつて含浸保持される。
